Is there anyway to remove missed calls and text notifications off the lock screen? I don't know if there is a post about this anywhere, I have read through a lot post but don't see any solution to fix.

If you are only using swipe to unlock (i.e... not using pattern/pin lock), you can install dashclock from the play store for that.

Decided to try out having live origami as my wallpaper, I love it. subtle, not too distracting, low battery consumption and it changes regularly, perfect for my ADD for wallpapers.
However, when I go into settings>display>wallpaper>home+lock and change it to live origami, my homescreen changes no problem, the lock screen does too. But then it resets it to having the light-shaft unlock effect and greys out the option in the lock screen settings.
Is there anyway to prevent this or re-toggle the 'no effect'(just the icon of a lock)?
Why not ask in the Q&A section? Might get a better response there.

Sorry for the confusion, but my question is, how do i remove everything from the lockscreen? like I just want the unlock pattern only (wallpaper is fine), but i can see my text messages and email on the screen when its locked. I tried removing all the shortcuts, which removed the icons at the bottom, but i still get notices about personal info on the screen. Right now the lockscreen can swipe left/right. Its 2 screens, one with just the lockscreen,and the other that shows the personal info. But when the phone is locked it goes to the screen with personal info first. How can i remove everything? I've followed instructions that i googled elsewhere but those seem to not work. Please help

there apps to customize the nav bar, but you lose the ability to add LG shortcuts (q slide and notification drop)

Does any one know how to change the color on the box on popup notifications? I get a white box that is hard to read the notification. If there is not a way to do so, how do you turn it off? Thanks in advance. If this question has been answered please link me and I will try to close this thread.
