When you reset your device, you can see your current rom version in the lower right corner of the splash. More easily to find it under start -> settings -> system -> Device Information. You'll probably have the most recent version 1.13.
- WWE is an English language rom (not necessarily UK)
- DE is a German language rom
- ITA Italien
- SPA Spanish
- CHS Chinese
- BRA Brazilien
.....
Changing the language means you'll need maupgradeut_noid to avoid errors. For a complete description pls visit the wiki, top right link on the page & go to the magician section & then read the howto's.

since everybody tries WWE Roms, but would like to have Manila2D in his native language i come up here with a .cab-package that support almost every language for WWE roms (0409).
!!!IMPORTANT!!!
This package is made for Manila2D_2_0_19191432_04 taken from MEGA.
Package contains: FRA | GER | ITA | NLD | SPA | DAN | NOR | SVE | PTG | RUS | CZE. dont ask for others!!! was hell of a work.
InstallNotes:
1.Choose native language *.cab
2.Untick small Box in Settings > Home > Items > ' TouchFLO '
3.Install on device and accept reboot.
3.Tick small Box in Settings > Home > Items > ' TouchFLO '
4.Ready.
UninstallNotes:
1.Untick small Box in Settings > Home > Items > ' TouchFLO '
2.In Settings > System > Remove Programs > ' c3ro Lang_Manila '

this package is meant for Manila2D, not like requested for Manila3D 2.1 or Sense 2.5

As far as I know can only done via a new Rom.......
Start > Settings > System > Multilingual Support > Control > Choose "English with Spanish enabled" or the suitable option for you

Actually Frank this is the forum of HTC Touch2 (Also named Mega) and I see that you have HTC Touch Cruise so I think you're in the wrong forum
Thanks for your remark.....my hardware is Iolite indeed my software though is a Mega Rom with some additional goodies from Iolite ....... that explains the name "Iomega"
But apparently there still some small differences.....will talk to the Chef.....

I have Mega, and still dont see that option in settings...
I have Mega with:
ROM: 1.30.415.1 (68045)
ROM Date: 10/12/09
Radio Version: 3.49.25.05
Protocol Version: 61.42t.25.31H
ExtPkg Version: 1.26.488.52
I live in Egypt so my mobile phone come with an Arabic package
so I installed the arabic language pack from this option
and from there I have the option to make the whole interface with arabic language or english interface with arabic enabled
I'm ready for any further help

thanks for that new version!!! dft's unlock was the missing item, and now i'm used to backup&restore ALL my soft/games datas i couldn't make without it...for sure bad minded ppl will like it too but you made a good choice. I bet you'll receive more feedback than usually...

The rom till now is flawless.!!
No bugs,no sound issues,I can play all my Xbox live games that I have bought,no freezing, everything is working PERFECTLY.

I use your rom the first time and I must say you have done a very,very good
job. All works fine here also the battery live is 1+.
The only thing is-I dont now what all i can do with this U2M8107 tool,
there are so many buttons.It would be great if you can explain even more.

i just wanted to check out the different marketplaces. after the 4th change, i think it was the omnia, i now constantly get error 80004005 when trying to download something from the marketplace.

Hi,
There are no only the hTC market places throu U2M8107
You can side load bazzar and private market place too
When in U2M8107 market place, do not browse one after the other
It is stated that the device will soon be blocked by MS
The right way is to navigate in one market at a time for a day or two
Now you can wait for a day to see if it will recover

- nice to get back to stock' look/stable system
- camera mods aren't there if region+language is setted to french (ok with UK), is there anyway/reg.tweak/cab.process to have them back?

For camera modes we use U2M8107 xap loader page
From there you pass all the way from both
- Ld Camera Modes and
- Install CM

ok...in fact all camera settings (other than flashlight settings...amazing) were missing with french language...actually there are no camerasettings translated files in \windows...
so i've just put that FR file from that post in \windows folder with schaps' wpdm and all went back to normal :]
I'm sure everything else is just fiiiine!!
Edit : everything is just fine, all french camera settings appears after installing camera modes, just had to understand how U2M8107 works....

Hi,
We are close to the device flash ROM limits
That's why decided to include camera settings in U2M
It is not only the language *.xml files that are needed
There are also plenty of other files in camera modes xap
These are needed for all these advanced camera modes settings
After installing them with U2M you can see in \settings the camera modes app
Then all are ok
