[Q] Fastboot Recovery - No USB recognition

Hi all,
first of all - sorry for my bad english.
I have the following problem with my nexus 7:
the device is rooted and has the clockworkmod recovery installed, the Android version is 4.1.1.
My Computer stopped to recognize the tablet when i connected it, and it is not listed in the device manager anymore.
I tried different USB-ports, cables and even computers with no result, but OTG with Stickmount still worked.
So i tried to install a rom via clockwork mod, but the installation process aborded.
When rebooting the device stucked at the white google logo and still does.
I can go into fastboot mode but if i choose "recovery" i will get back to the google logo forever again.
I found this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1773431&highlight=no+usb&page=2)
with instructions to flash the factory image via fastboot mode.
Now the fastboot command from the console shows also no result.
But i can´t install the driver, because my tablet isn´t recognized by my pc in any way evon not listed in the device manager.
Any Ideas?

HELP! Nexus 7 Stuck at X Logo - Unlocked Bootloader and installed CWM

I tried rooting my nexus 7 (16GB 2013) with 4.3 installed on it today and I ran into an unusual error - It is stuck at the X logo after booting.
I have successfully unlocked my bootloader and installed a custom recovery - CWM v.6.0.3.7. I can access the bootloader and get into recovery mode fine. My nexus 7 is also showing up as an Android device only while in the bootloader - When I get into recovery mode it shows up as a portable device with a yellow exclamation mark next to it on my computer's device manager.
The problem is I'm not sure how to transfer any files to it in order to install any roms/fixes/etc. I can't boot and when I connect my tablet to my computer, while in recovery mode, it will not show up as a media device - So I'm not sure how to transfer any files to it. Also whenever I try performing a backup on CWM it gives me an error saying: "can't mount backup path." For some reason CWM can't mount my sd card, which I don't understand either. I'm hoping this is an easy fix, maybe I forgot a step but I don't want to try anything else yet without gathering more information about my problem. All I've done so far is installed the Android usb drivers on my computer, enabled USB debugging, Unlocked the Bootloader, and then Installed Clockwork Recovery Mod v 6.0.3.7. After the last step I am unable to boot or transfer files to the sd card.
Any help or suggestions are welcome and appreciated. Thank You!

Need Help Installing CloudyG2 v2.2

Hello, I am having some trouble trying to install the CloudyG2 v2.2 Rom on my LG L2 D802 and would please like some help.
These are the steps I followed:
Activated developer mode
Enabled USB debugging
Allow installation of apps from unknown sources
Went to the towelroot website on the phone and downloaded the root, installed and "made it rain" with success
Downloaded and installed SuperSU from app store
Downloaded and installed Root Checker from app store
Ran Root Checker and was told my device has been rooted
Downloaded and installed TWRP Recovery D802_AutoRec.apk
Ran AutoRec and followed steps then booted to recovery
Phone then booted into TWRP Recovery
Created a backup of Boot, System and EFS
Once the backup was created, I went back and checked to make sure it showed in the Recovery tab.
This is where I am stuck!!!
I am now up to the step where I need to install the ROM. However I have not transferred the CloudyG2_2.2.zip to the phone from my computer.
How can I do this? because now when I try to reboot my phone it shows the LG logo and then the screen goes black and there is a blue/green light at the top of the phone flashing.
I have searched around for hours looking for a solution so any help would be greatly appreciated =)
Enter in download mode and go back to stock: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432476
To enter in download mode power off your phone, keep volume down key pressed and plug the usb cable.
You can try straight flashing ROM after wiping using USB-OTG cable or ADB Sideload. It might work, but I'm not sure.

When I try to enter download mode, I get stuck on the 'Firmware Update" page and it has been stuck at 0% for over 20 mins.
Using OTG
Keep flashable zip file of any working ROM in OTG pendrive.
Connect OTG pendrive.
Enter into recovery mode.
Go to Mount option and check USB-OTG.
Come back and select install.
goto /usb-otg and select the zip to install...
And Done...
Not tried but you can try this...
[Make sure you have your pendrive in FAT32 format and not NTFS]

Just went out and bought a USB-OTG cable and transferred the CloudyG2 v2.2 ROM onto a thumb drive
I then tried to open it in TWRP by going to "Install" and changing the storage drive to USB-OTG but it will not let me select it.
Thanks for the help but does anyone have any more ideas I could try?
EDIT: Just saw chauhanrvikas post and I am about to reformat the thumb drive to FAT32 as it was NTFS
:good::laugh::good: IT IS WORKING!!! :good::laugh::good:
Thank you to both Speedypancake and chauhanrvikas for helping me to get it working.

GUIDE
After booting into recovery mode I could not get the phone to boot back into the system, nor could I get "Download Mode" or "ADB Sideload" to work, however the steps below did work.
If you did not transfer the ROM zip file onto your device before entering TWRP then follow these steps:
Get yourself a USB-OTG cable (Micro USB to Female USB cable).
Format a USB Thumb Drive to FAT32 and transfer the ROM zip file to it.
When in TWRP go to the "Backup" and create a backup.
Check the backup was created by going to "Restore" and see if the file is there.
Plug the Thumb Drive into the USB-OTG cable and then into the phone.
Go to "Install" and change the selected storage drive to USB-OTG.
Now you can select your ROM zip file and install.
Hopefully this can help someone else and save them from spending over 10 hours like I did trying to fix this issue because I thought I had bricked my phone for good.

Help!!! OnePlus2 loop

Hi everyone!
Help me!
I was trying to root my OP2 than install lineage os usin the guide. I connected the phone to the computer and using the ABD commands I flashed TWRP and a version of SuperSu. So far so good, but when it is restarted appears the icon oneplus with the balls that run and stay like that. The computer no longer sees it in FASTBOOT mode. The recovery mode works, the TWRP commands appear to me. What can I do? I have an OTG cable to directly connect a pendrive to the phone in recovery mode and install the software.
Tips?
Thanks
