but i like to change the language of my device from english to franch;
how i can proced ?
for your information i have'nt any idea about software to use it or the different step so can any one help me to make this possible

i am in germany and i want to buy O2XDA mini II but the problem is that its in germany language version. I wan to change it in english language. As i am very very fresh user, I dont know much about all this.

You can install any language ROM on your device - just have a look at the Magician section of this forum and the FTP. What you want is the WWE version (worldwide english).
Be sure to backup your current ROM before changing anything, so in case something goes wrong you can always revert your device to its current state. Just browse the forum for SD backup and you will find instructions on how to do it.

First of all, there are already dozens of similar questions at this forum. Secondly, if you don't include the language for which you want the ROM nobody can help you. As far as I know there is only an original T-Mobile ROM to be found on the internet in the German language. However, you will not find it at this site.

There is also a UK (english) version of the original T-Mobile rom! I wish I could find a Dutch one
