Hi, I have been getting this error message popping up lately and I am really not sure why. I think it has something to do with SPB Pocket Plus...has anyone else ever heard of or experienced this problem??

Hi Wizard experts,
for a couple of days, I've been experiencing error messages on my VPA cII telling me that there has been a problem with gwes.exe and asking me to report this to MS. I get these messages when closing many different programs.
Another (maybe related) problem is that after closing the "programs" applications, there is a window with an error message that there was a problem in the shell and it's trying to restart. Closing this window results in a reboot of the device.
I couldn't find anything useful in the forum search about this. Any ideas what might cause this?
I have the original Vodafone ROM, in case that makes any difference.

Everytime I reboot my Qtek S200 (soft reset) my sms-tone keeps playing over and over. I lasts untill I actually receive a call or a text message.
If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know!

No not really, none that use my sms-tone.
I am using a freeware version of callender +, but the problem started a lot later than that I started using it...
No clue here...

Get `Check Notification`, to check your notification queue to see if problems are there.
I got the same problem when installing some application (forgot which one), which opens the option of repeat SMS alert tone. It is bad.
It's worth a try! Any idea where I can find this peace of software?

I have played around with different versions of a backup program, which after expiring shows a permanent line in my today screen saying "trial period expired". I tried everything: deinstalling the programm, searching the registry, etc. Nothing helped. (ok, I am not really a developer, but not a complete lefty either... )
Please, can anybody help me, how I can get rid of this ugly notification ?

Alright, got it finally fixed
I downloaded the programm MemMaid (free trialware) and run a cleanup of my PPC. That helped and removed the bothering notification. ..and the system is faster now, too...
I am getting this error messages that says "cannot execute calnot.exe"
Any knowledge of this? My touch HD is new, like 3 days old and i have only added some basic cab files so no rom cooking anything that may cause an issue.
I am having the same problem with my HTC Diamond (Sprint). My unit is about one week old and I received the exact same error for the first time today (occurred 3x's today).
I'm occasionally getting this on mine as well.
Did you find out what was causing it?

You know, it just sort of stopped. Not sure what/why caused it to stop creating errors?

When i had mine new services.exe kept erroring on startup. Now it's just kinda stopped... someone suggested on here it was someting to do with a date issue on the stock ROM.
everytime i try to run into my touch pro 2 messenger that it came with (SPRINT) it tells me an error (Code: 409) and i havent made an error and i already checked my connections...
and same thing happens for palringo it doesnt wanna work any help? =/

same thing for me, i have noticed tho that when i use the on screen keyboard i dont have this issue, its when i use the slide out keyboard to input my sn and pw that i get this error.
