Is Yahoo Messenger available on XDA II?

Caqn you have yahoo messenger on XDA II?
Try VeriChat. It consolidates Yahoo! Messenger, MSN Messenger, AOL Instant Messenger and ICQ into one neat package.
for XDA II. Verichat is for palm based only

Yahoo! Messenger
Does anybody know why Yahoo messenger dont work with XDA2?
I installed it but I canĀ“t connect with server using GPRS.
I do not think so you will be able to find ANYBODY who got connected via !Yahoo IM on ANY device...
This version was only version and never worked...
Minus to Yahoo for this I cannot understand why !Yahoo still didn't release normal version for PPC
I read it would be necessary to config a proxy server for Yahoo works, don't you? :?:
tried - nothing worked...

Jabber client

one more today...
Any good (any) jabber client? Or gadu-gadu (polish IM network).
I've tried to find something on google- without any joy...
btw. I'm not using MSN.
Cheers!
Chris
would agile messenger meet your needs?
Thanks for your reply!
I'll try this (java) client
For me it looks like this one is for mobile phones like Simens (I had S45, S55, S65) but I was wondering if there is any dedicated PDA version..
Or maybe I've to use one and only "political correct" IM on PDA which is MSN?
Thanks,
Cheers!
Chris
agile messenger is not a java client it's a normal pocketpc application which support yahoo, msn, icq and such

MSN

My Qtek 9100 was shipped without Pocket MSN. I want to get it back. I've got msn files from Qtek 9090 upgraded to WM5 and I copied them to 9100 but MSN doesn't work. I guess something must be registered etc.
Does anyone know how get it back?
have you try to hard reset? my qtek 9100 reinstalls evrything from scratch then
Yes, I have. There is no any MSN files in Windows folder, no MSN icons in Programs or Settings.
oh oki. try agile messenger i found that one better then microsoft's msn client becuase i don't use a hotmail mail on my msn so no use for the functions that i can use on microsoft msn on the wm5
I use Agile already. But I need MSN messenger, because it allows me to use Hotmail account in Pocket Outlook.
you can purchase it from here, if your that desperate

Excellent! I already paid for device with WM5 and Pocket MSN and have to pay more?.. I guess it's so because another users have it on their devices by default, it is built-in

Is there a version of ICQ than runs viably on the Wizard?

Looking for a version of ICQ for the standard OS that does not require a meg download each time to run.
Anyone know a multimessenger that works, or alternately a version of ICQ itself?
agile messenger?
Thanks
I will give it a try.
I am hoping it will be more like the packaged MS messenger rather than the constantly needing to refresh yahoo and i-messenger versions.
Did you get the agile messenger to work with just your T-mobile GPRS?
I wont get a chance to try until the weekend as I cannot connect it to this computer (old server with no USB)
SO I am still open to other offers of messenger platforms or ICQ stand alones to try.

Buy IM+. LOL
imov
I have been using a program called imov messenger. As far as I know, it's free and it has AIM, Yahoo, MSN, ICQ, and Jabber. In order to use it, they require you to create a jabber account but it's fast and can be done from the phone. It's a good program for me. It can be downloaded at: http://www.freewareppc.com/communication/imovmessengerbasic.shtml
It works on wm5 and wm6 as far as I know.
i use octrotalk its free and has nice features.
Which one is the best free IM program for the 8525 in your opinions?
A comparison of the free available programs would be awesome.
