I have one that I love, called "Real Dice MC Poker" (Texas hold 'em). Microsoft was giving it away free to anyone who signed up for their new "Windows Phone Insider" website (the web compliment to the new Mobile Device Center).
I just checked, and it looks like it's still there. I've tried several poker games on WM, and this one is the one I like the best by far.

EDIT: Tried it a few more times, finally loaded the page with no prompt. Not sure what the issue was but it's all good now
Don't know if this is legal way to get it, but you can just google, the top ten TP2 games, and you know how can you get around getting if for free: list of games that you may enjoy playing on your tp2, as much as I do:
Spiderman,
DOM2,
Prince of persia,
Sonic
x some motorcycle game 3D,
call on duty or something, I have them all saved on my sd card, so it doesn't use the phone memory, all of them nice, and smooth graphic.

Yes and no.
Some games are freemiums(Cordy) some are free from your carrier(I have Asphalt 6 as a freebie) and demos(lite versions of full games)
"More Games" is just an auxiliary market. Click one, download it from the site provided and once the game installs it will ask if you want to buy it or play a demo (lite version) of it. At least that's how all the EA games on that list work. You should have at lest one free game on that list, and yes, you still have to download it.
Don't mean to sound rude but how did you not realize that it was just a shop? Did you not click at least one to check?

A lot of the games can be bought on your phone bill. Gameloft ones especially can be bought that way.
