I’m trying to access the factory settings no passwords have worked
I don’t know much about android systems and some of the threads I’ve read here mention reusable passwords for Brands but none have worked
This is also my first android head unit so I have no idea what I’m really looking at here any help would be appreciated

Hi all, just received my new head unit and am not quite sure exactly what model and make it is. Without this I'm unable to update fireware, so I've posted the compliance certificate as well as the settings that the head unit says. Please help if you can! Thanks

oh and if possible, if anyone's able to direct me to the newest firmware that too would be appreciated
I have recently purchased a vehicle in Ecuador, which came with an android head unit. I know nothing about this unit and have been unsuccessful at trying to update anything on it. I am looking for someone to point me in the right direction to get this thing updated and working well.

Can anyone tell me about this unit, I bought it and it’s just a rebranded unit, I think so, so I would like to have the information of the main one.
