S8 Black Screen, No Recovery Mode, No Download Mode - Samsung Galaxy S8 Questions and Answers

Welp, I admit I kinda screwed up. I tried flashing a custom rom to my S8 and when it was finished it ended with a black screen, no lights, not able to access recovery mode or download mode. I do notice if I hold Power/Bixby/Down Vol that a white line appears briefly and goes away, otherwise thats it... nothing. No logo. No nothing.

Hi
Mate check your power button ( also volume up and down) it may be stuck
i have the same problem with i9500
but all the buttons are clear no stuck button with me !!
I agree it could be your power button. Same thing happens to me sometimes.
It may not feel like it's stuck, but it is.
Put it on it's side w/the power button and gently keep tapping it on a flat hard surface. it should jolt the button loose and power on like normal.

bricked, stuck at LG Logo after reverting back to jellybean (D801)

Hi so I have a T-Mobile LG G2 (D801) which has stock KitKat rom and rooted with custom TWRP recovery, I also installed autorec to fix download mode. I was trying to revert back to Jellybean 4.2 and I bricked my device. I followed this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432476
and used the kdz method. I held volume up button, plugged in the device, got download mode, tried flashing the file and got some kind of error, it was in korean so I couldn't read it. As it was flashing it went up to 6% on the device but thats when the Flashtool gave me an error. I tried to exit download mode by holding down the power button till the LG logo appeared. I did that and when it appeared I unplugged the device. However now the device won't shut off and is stuck at the LG logo screen. So I dissasembled the phone and unplugged the battery cable from the motherboard and it shut off. I then plugged it back in and tried to enter download mode, but nothing happens, it's stuck at the LG logo. If I hold it for 10 sec the screen turns black and LG logo appears again. I also tried holding it down and when screen turns black I hold down power+vol down (to get into recovery), screen turned on with LG logo and I removed both buttons and then held power button for 2 sec and that worked. And I tried to do a factory reset, but it basically freezes at that screen. It is stuck on “factory reset processing” for 20min now. Also I'd like to clarify that this is the stock recovery not the TWRP that I had installed. I tried double the power buttons 3 times in stock recovery to enter TWRP but nothing happens, it just says "factory reset processing".
I'm not sure what I should do now, is there a way that I can flash something via adb and load a custom recovery or rom? Or go back to stock rom?
Please help.

[G935F] I think I bricked my phone!! Black screen "Galaxy s7 edge", can't reset/dl!!

[G935F] I think I bricked my phone!! Black screen "Galaxy s7 edge", can't reset/dl!!
I used this method:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s7/how-to/bypass-frp-samsung-s7-edge-global-usa-t3405954
I went to Odin, PDA, chose the correct file, flashed, said success, it rebooted my phone, and now I'm perma stuck on black screen "Samsung Galaxy s7 edge". Holding power + vol down did nothing! Holding power + vol down + home did nothing! Same with power + vol up + home!
Gahh what do I do? I'm freaking out a bit :/ did I brick my phone? Why can I not even get to download mode ?? The screen just flashes a second as if it's going to go to DL mode but just shows the black screen again.
You sure you flashed the Exynos files?
I think You should contact that guy who made that boot.tar file, and tell him about the issue. Are You sure that You had a Qualcomm model or did You flash the proper G93x file?
Try this:
Hold Vol down+Home+Power for at least 10-20 seconds. Make sure that You follow this order. And then just wait. If it won't boot into download mode then we will think.
Whats about a jig?
I have the same problem. I am using a sm-g935a and it stays black but when i try to go into recovery mode the blue light comes on for a second or two saying entering recovery mode then it goes black again. Mine is aQualcomm model and rooted.

Psm-p900 not booting into recovery mode

Hi,
Have this old thing, and charged it up after years, and am trying to get into it, but realized I had a lock screen
and password I can't remember
So I'm trying to get into recovery to restore it to default, but when holding Home+Volume up + Power it boots to this screen
and not recovery. I am pretty sure I haven't moded the boot loader and firmware
Anyone know how to get into the recovery? or any other way to get past the lock screen?
In doing some research, that is the download mode. But someone else had the same problem and instead of holding the Volume Up, the Held the volume down on a Galaxy Tab and it worked.
When I try Volume down, If I keep the buttons held, it goes in a loop. And if I release them when I see the logo, it boots into a black screen powered on, but no menu shows up
if the recovery is incorrect for the device (wrong model) it'll send you straight to that screen.
solved by flashing one for the model you have.

Phone stuck on black screen

I have flashed Corvus_v17.0-Vanguard-treble_arm64_ab-17122021-Beta-Official-0000 via TWRP in my Galaxy A205f U3
Now the phone only shows the initial boot logo, then the screen goes black. I can't enter into TWRP, cannot understand if the phone is still powered on, so I can't boot into download mode by pressing volume buttons together...
What could be the solution? Please help me out!
