Dear all
I am new in the forum. And I am not familiarized with names and radio models.
I have a burned android unit. It is in short circuit (the fuse burns)
The TDA7388 is burned, so if I replace it can resolve the short circuit?
Is any guide to repair this units?
Best regards

Hello. I have Witson head unit. I have a problem with the microphone, there is a very big noise and the voice is quiet. I found pictures on thsi forum(i only save jpg) how to modify the microphone on the radio witson.
I spread out my unit and saw that I do not have a separate bluetooth plate, and that my PCB is all other than on photos. Has anyone repaired a microphone in this unit, or knows how to do it?

Hello,
I've found a way to fix some problems with my car-specific PX5 Head Unit which is for an Audi A3 8P and would like to share this solution with you.
The first problem I've found was that with the Bose sound-system the volume would slightly change.
This has to do with a feature called Audio Pilot. With the stock radio this could be disabled in the menu.
To disable this behavior you have to put 12V on a Pin of the quadlock connector for the radio. (see first picture)
The second problem was that an original aux-input wasn't working. The needed Pin's were described on the label of the Head Unit, but after some investigation it was clear that they were not connected. So you would have to get them from the quadlock connector to the connector from the head unit.
Not a clean solution if you ask me.
The Solution of both problems was easy, you can make an additional adapter or you can open your head unit to make some cable bridges.
I choose the second method to reduce the adapters in the car behind the head unit. It's a much cleaner look and there are less points of failure.
The attached pictures show which connection I had made to get all functions working without any additional adapters.
As I didn't find any information for this topic, I hope i could help someone with this post.
Hi, I have a MTCE unit.
2 days ago it has stopped working. There is no power. This may have been due to me making a bad connection with some cables...
I am trying to work out if it is recoverable e.g. is a replacement board an option rather than buying a new head unit... Or whether it could be fixed!
There are some non-android related buttons on the unit's shroud that have stopped working ie. hazard lights and central locking. So I'm wondering whether a board replacement would help or whether the issue is elsewhere to do with power.
Car fuses seem fine and all other dash functions (not related to head unit) are fine. I'm not sure
I have a multimeter and some coffee... Is anyone able to provide some diagnostic help/steps that can help me decide whether to try a new board or recover the head unit?
Thanks!
Hi, does someone have a pinout of a Isudar H53 headunit.
I did remove all the not used cinch cabels and also did remove the cinch for the rear parking camera.
A pinout would be helpfull for now and for the future.
I made a photo of the schematic that I found on the radio but i can't post it because I'm a new member.
I can send it by PM.
Thanks!
