Given the fact we need a modified MSM tool to properly convert our devices to global so we can enable dual sim and nothing has come so far, I thought of starting a bounty thread on the hopes someone gets the tool for us. I will start by putting 10$ from my side

@Thealshear
I've closed your thread and removed the [BOUNTY] from the thread title. XDA doesn't allow bounty threads. XDA Forum Rules (excerpt):
8. Donations.
As a user, you're allowed to ask for donations in your signature as a thank you for your hard work, however donations up front are not allowed. This forum is about sharing and not about getting paid to do something... that is what your job is for.

So guys what you think about current andministrators and moderators? Is it ok? So question is why my thread is deleted and who deleted my thread???
You may not have been following xda rules regarding uploading etc.
I want an answer from a guy who did this and his explanation (what rules I breaking in my post?).
should be in Q&A
nah, jokes beside.. If your thread got removed without a message regarding why, you should have the right to demand it.. Threads disappearing for no reason would be weird.

+1
an explanation is not to much to ask for. At least so if he did break a rule it wouldn't happen again
And learn from his mistakes
Sent from my HTC HD2 using xda premium
I checked, it was deleted by a senior moderator.
The reason being given:
"Reason: not allowed on XDA"
Post script: Redirect will last one hour.
Ok. Why is not allowed and what rule I break with my post? My post was posted 30.11.2011 and today is 08.12.2011 ++ 7000 views, so why I wasn't warned 30.11.2011 about breaking rules (for example to stop development on rom)? Is it ok? ... I waiting explanations about my post what rule I breaking and who and why deleted my thread, and why my post is not allowed, thanks!!! This forum is a serious forum and I hope that moderators are not children that delete members posts without warning, so I waiting explanation and I am very mad becouse I lost 8 days for my development on a rom that you deleted! Allso want to see link to rules that I breaking

Any Galnet Scotland ROMs get closed down.

They are not allowed on XDA as off this morning.
I removed your thread because it has come from way above me that no Galnet MIUI ROMs are to be permitted on XDA.
That being said, I am awaiting a response from those same higher-up's to verify that my actions are justified. If they happen not to be, I will gladly reinstate your thread.
First as you stated in the threads OP, this was not your development. So saying you lost 8 days developing this rom is just non sense.
Second Galnet roms have been banned from XDA all together due to charging people for access to roms.
So in closing Galnet roms are not allowed on XDA. Nor are you allowed to link to the roms on Galnet.
Use their site if you want to work on their roms.
I have a locked nokia lumia 920( upgraded from 710), and I wanted to know the imei calculator is working?
Why can't we do it home?
Wrong forum.
What is hard to comprehend about the purpose of a Q&A forum, anyhow?

Yes, GoodDayToDie is right, he's always right , didn't you know rule #1 of the Windows Phone Development and Hacking subforum, no questions allowed, if you had checked the "Is this a question" box, you normally had received a message that it's a violation of the XDA-Developers forum rules to post questions in the Development section. Move your question to the Q&A section (use the report button on the first post and select thread/post moving or maintenance and request for the thread to be moved to the Q&A section) and it will be answered surely.

Just for information:
Nokia unlock codes are calculated with a secret algo that resides inside a smartcard named SX-5 from IMEI and a provider specific configuration key.
These codes aren't stored in phones but a SHA hash instead, which can't be altered since it's RSA signed.
Every time a not factory unlocked phone starts the user entered and stored unlock code is hashed and this hash is compared with the stored one.
So there is no algo in phone. And brute-forcing 20 digit codes (SHA hashing) costs you much more money for energy and calculation time than a brand new factory unlocked phone would cost you.
MOD EDIT: Post removed! Sorry, but the developer has not given permission for his work to be released and it should not be released by other people first!
Thanks!

Why? I just made a guide because WojtasXda still not posted how to flash!
do you think what i don't written this? admin deleted this is. he said to me:
Hi,
After some more digging, it looks like some of your other threads were also the work of other developers. It is important that if you are going to post work from other people that you obtain their permission first. You need to be especially careful because most things are covered by some sort of copyright or license and you may get yourself or xda into trouble by posting it. If you are posting work that is not your own, you should post it into the general forums, the development forums are typically reserved for things that people have made themselves...and please only post things a single time. Posting the same content multiple times makes things harder for people to find and for you to manage. This is especially true if certain bugs, or bug fixes end up in only one of your duplicate threads.
Thanks!

@ykumar00 I've closed this thread because you removed its content and instead decide to post ANOTHER duplicate in the Magisk forum after you became aware that I've deleted the first duplicate.
Trying to root S10+ with Magisk, followed all steps correctly multiple times, but no success. Please help.
Posting here because S10+ forum had no responses. Have followed these instructions: https://topjohnwu.github.io/Magisk/install.html#samsung-system-as-root I have the G975F model and have successfully rooted an earlier version of android. After...

I seriously suggest to thoroughly review the XDA Forum Rules with special emphasis on rule no. 5 and to post only ONCE in order to avoid other actions to your account. If you feel that a thread is at a wrong location or was better placed at another location just advise the moderators team (best via the report function) and let us move your thread instead of creating duplicates! Thanks for your future cooperation.

I must flash the stock ROM, but it seems there is a lot of kind-of shady places all around with links to Xiaomi Unlock tool, ROMs, and all these shenanigans.
Is there a guide officially supported form XDA?
I'm trying to flash Stock firmware on Xiaomi Redmi Note 7.
Also, everything seems to be Windows-based.

Welcome to XDA! I hope you'll always get the support you require.
I'd just like to let you know that the XDA forum doesn't provide or support any guides. All guides are provided by XDA members who are allowed to share their guides as long as they comply with the XDA Forum Rules and other official announcements posted and stuck in a forum.
I suggest to search in the forum of your device if there are any tutorials that support your needs.
