Redmi Note 2 and Microsoft Band problem

Hello. I bought a Microsoft Band to use with my redmi note 2.
I cant get through sync process because it give me a connection error.
The Microsoft Band is working because I successfully connected with Asus Zenfone 2.
I also used on my phone a Mi Band with success about a month.
I am now running MIUI 7 China Stable. It might work with Developer Rom?

how to enable volte in setting with out flashing

Recently I flash Redmi 2 prime rom for volte but it's so bugy and heating my Mobile
So I want an volte enable setting without flashing any rom

Does any MIUI or Custom ROM for Redmi 3S Prime enable VoWIFI by default?
