mr. chenrp. i will answer the relevent questions only here because ur question 'what is a stickies ?' just seems as if u r trying tell us u r really a noob.
cos' a person new at forums will rather not use the word 'noob' as most forums use this word for beginners.
you are also a member of many many forums relating to symbian, hardware, nokia etc. and u still tell us u don't know what a 'sticky' is.
sorry for that...lets move on.
there is no wm5 or wm6 for ur ppc till date.
ur current os is wm2003se or (windows mobile 2003 second edition)
if its working properly and on top of that u r new to these things- i would suggest u stick with whatever you have right now or most probably you will render your device unusable (as such there is almost no scope for getting anything better on ur magician)
hope this made things clear.

First of all, I apologise if I posted this thread under the wrong category as I am very new to this website and android overall. Secondly, I was helping my father find a phone that has Chinese display language preinstalled. I was told by my android friends that I could root it and achieve it somehow. I am currently looking at the Samsung Galaxy Express. If any of you have this phone, please confirm it for me. If not, is it possible to install it/ root it with ease?
Sorry if my english is bad. I'm posting this thread really late :L

Hi there,
this morning I was trying to find a tutorial on how to unlock my phone but to my surprise I couldn't find any information from trustworthy websites like xda. Can someone please tell me if there's a way to do it?
Aside from this, I saw a lot of fake websites offering custom roms for lollipop(the type you have to answer a survey). Are there any good custom roms for this phone?
Sorry if this is not the right part of the forum for this type of question but I couldn't find a post for this specific phone.

I have the exact same doubt! My device (Huawei Y625 dual SIM) is lacking some functions (like make video with lenses on snapchat, and so on) apparently because the OS is Android Kitkat. How can I fix it? Help me please :fingers-crossed:

Hello dude,
keep the data is possible making opportune backups previously,
becouse of unlocking bootloader will factory reset your phone.
Those questions has been asked a ton of times so you will find many guides / tools,
just type in 'yellow box' "search thread" and you'll find what you're looking for...
Follow guides and use mind, ask for help in that thread, that's all....
You can also take a look at this thread...
Good luck :fingers-crossed:

Hi
I just looked at your link and thus the application 'dc unlocker'. It's not very clear to buy credits. Is any email address provided or the one used to create the mobile gmail account?
Hi,
I just watched this tutorial : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pR7McTBUw7w
Can you confirm that it's ok for me? I do not want to 'brick' my mobile.
@toto6976
hey, i was just looking that you replaced... next time use 'quote or @' when reply a post
otherwise cannot know when you answer
I never used dc unlocker, i don't think it will brick your phone, maybe it could help you unlock the bootloader,
but i can't confirm that...
If i were you i will look at @k1ll3r8e toolkit that can unlock BL, flash recovery, guide you root your phone....
all with a single toolkit..
You can also use fastboot, or do nothing, always will remain your choise, remember that...
All links you can find in previous post.
Read carefully the GUIDES
Good luck :fingers-crossed:

Hi,
Thank you for the reply.
I also found this tutorial in Spanish. Easier for me What do you think ?
https://conexionlatam.blogspot.com/...howComment=1528362724703#c6186127662578266317
I looked for the toolkit, but I did not find it. By cons I found this post:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/hu...nt/europe-vns-l31-toolkit-bootloader-t3432873
What is the name of the toolkit? I do not see what to download.
While browsing the lines, I do not see either 'oeminfo's & custom.bin's' corresponding to my mobile:
VNS-L31C432B412 EMUI: 5.0.1 Android 7.0 version.
I downloaded this :

Hi, if you think spanish is more easier then use that... ( i have not readed your link !!! )
but finally you finded the toolkit, by my side the best method....
oeminfo+custombin are present for your variant but you don't need them in order to root your phone,
those are used to de/rebrand or/and to convert from single to dual sim and vice versa...
As i already told you read carefully what's written in toolkit, do one thing at a time, use brain...
If your choice is the toolkit, do not forget to thank the developer ..
has made this available to all users .... thank you man :good:
Best regards

Hello
I will finally take the toolkit.
I have two small questions: I do not see my mobile in the screen tutorial 2. L31C432B412.
If there is no, can I stop the current process?

Hi,
I watched the imaged tuto of k1ll3r8e. On the second image, there is a tab 'packages' with the list of 'devices'. It is in this list that I do not see mine (in fact the orange operator B412). I am not reassured at the idea of installing a package from another operator.
What do you think ?
My default files are missing
Hello dear fellows,
I am using a Huawei P9 Lite and recently I gave it to a repair shop for registration in Turkey. As I search on Internet, I know that my phone had to be rooted and its IMEI must have been changed. Now, I cannot see some default files like Files which shows the storages in my menu and also some of the icons in settings are missing. Actually, I cannot see my Huawei ID and cloud icon and also system update icon for updating my EMUI is no more there! I hope that you guys guide me what should I do now? Could it be fixed?

Hey dude,
you are writing a lot of crap, who ever talked about the packages you should need ??
B412 orange operator ??
You have a VENUS (VNS) phone (also called p9 lite (2016)) with EUROPEAN cust (C432) and latest dual sim FIRMWARE (B412).
Have you readed link i posted you ?? Surely not...
If you had read that link, you would have seen in my last post that there is a guide on how to root the phone using that toolkit..
My last piece of advice is ... GIVE UP !! .. (sorry if i wrote that)

Hello,
you wrote in a wrong thread.
Look for how to rollback maybe using HWOTA or DLOAD method or look for UNIFIED HELP THREAD,
you should know what exactly is your variant/firmware (ex. VNS-L31C185B360)
Best regards
Sorry,
I am not such an expert in mobile stuff, but I am seeing that my phone's build number is NRD90M test-keys. I have no idea what it is! But someone told me that since your phone has been rooted, the operating system has been completely changed which you cannot also update your system and you have to go to one of the Huawei representatives for flashing your phone again and make the operating system as before. But then, your telecommunication registry will be deleted again. Would you please tell me what is these methods you named?! and will it be useful for bringing back my phone ?

Hi, I installed 'adb', connected the mobile, enabled debug mode usb and oem.
I run the toolkit and it puts me 'no packages found'.
@phoemo
Hey man,
NRD90M test-key is an incomplete firmware, that's the reason you haven't all your apps...
Rooting phones won't change stock ROM, it must be intentionally done...
Look back at your phone and see what variant you have (L21 , L31 or other),
you should also know if your phone is single or dual sim.
Last thing, in setting look for EMUI version (ex 4.0.1/4.0.3/5.0, etc...)
Theorically linving in turkey you should have C185 CUST but i'm not really sure (it's for nord africa/middle east region),
maybe you had a branded version, but none exept you could know that !!
Now with those info go in UNIFIED HELP THREAD and request your help,
the more you will be precise in the phone info, the greater the possibility of being helped, and bring back to a full working device...
I cannot help you more dude, that's what i know about this stuff.
Wish you the best
