Try msm, u won't find something called "BEST CUSTOM ROM" every one is unique in something
try to read ROMs descriptions, it won't hurt you
I suggest Ressurection Remix: https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-9t/development/10-0-resurrection-remix-v8-x-t4147167
It's got everything you asked for.

There are so many Marshmallow rom available as of now for i9100. Opinion is invited from users/devlopers regarding the best MM rom in terms of performance, snappyness, bug free, features and off course battery back up.
I personally feel that it is very difficult to measure the performance of a rom even after trying individually unless the user try it for a reasonable time. Means one has to flash each and every rom for having experience. It is further very difficult to understand why mod/devlopers do take part of developing more than one rom thereby confusing users which rom of his favourite dev/mod to be used??
Please post your comment and help users selecting best Rom.
i own Galaxy S2 and Galaxy S4
both are use Resurection Remix M now
i used to install Tipsy ROM in S2, its great though for daily use but i cant stand the UI color
Nobody seems interested........assuming all roms are great!!

You need to try it yourself. It's the best method. Try every ROM you've listed, maybe you'll like my AOKP... Nobody knows good luck finding your perfection!

Hello,
i would like to know your experience with your custom rom.
I´m looking for a custom rom and i really lost the view in the development thread..
Of course such experiences are subjective and depending on a personal view, but it can help you get a better
view and create a interior selection.
So for me it would be good, if the rom is stable, good options for customization, nice battery life and fine working camera.
Maybe here are some users, who already tried many roms (LineageOS, Resurrection Remix, Cosmic Os, XenonHD etc.) and can help me with my decision.
In the past many people recommend "Resurrection Remix" as the best, but now there are so many news roms..
Thank you for your help
Best Regards,
Ben

Is quite good -3h of SOT, just what I got on OOS. Camera has issues - no RAW, no panorama, no slowmo - it is to be fixed by a third-party app, but just saying!
Anyway, this is the most smoothless ROM I have ever expirenced.
Carbon Rom - 4.5 hours SOT
Hi all,
I want to install a custom ROM on my OnePlus 5. I want it to have a lot of customizability, but I also want it to be really smooth, with great battery backup.
I was searching for a ROM, and I found 3 that appeal to me:
xXx NoLimits
OmniROM
Resurrection Remix
Which ROM out of these is the best (I know that's subjective, but I would like to know your opinions). And I heard that Resurrection Remix doesn't have a great battery backup. Is this true?
I'd also like to know if you use any other ROM, which you recommend?
Thanks in advance!
RobertD.
Firstly Every rom has its own drawbacks .
secondly if you like stock experience and with a load of customization then go for ressurection otherwise aosp extended liquified but if you like to have OOS like experience the xxx will work for you.

Resurrection is pure stock with Customisation and the ROM lacks features like Gaming mode and some other OOS features and the most importantly face unlock .No limit is based on OOS but many users claim sometimes they got bootloops after flashing and you will suffer with the quality of photo OOS camera Clicks .
I will suggest No limit in comparison with Camera M mod and Portrait mode enabled G cam mod .
@RobertD. Please use existing threads for discussion https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-5/help/how-to-auto-loudspeaker-call-t3755436 you won't find answers about your question, only suggestions based on everybodys usage behavior hence its different to yours and your purposes so you need to test it on your own.
Everybody has to find what he's searching for.
@RobertD
There is no right, wrong, best, worst, it's all subjective, instead of getting someone else to do the legwork for you, download a bunch of ROMs and see how it goes.
Personally I use no limits, reason being is it's stability, latest features and thr ability to mod and theme as it should be, performance and stamina is also top notch, I don't think I'm alone in thinking that..
But again, that depends.
Which ROM has given you the best battery life?
I know everyone's experience is different etc., but what is your experience?
miui
xiaomi.eu
if you wanna cust rom based miui try masik or hellas, but if wanna try aosp based you can try derpfest or havoc. depend on ur needed dude.
please push thanks button if it helped

1st there's no BEST custom rom. There's only a rom that suits your purposes.
Bugs can be here and there in custom roms since they are made within free time for free, just to remember.
You'll not receive answers just only with one specific rom, cause of individual preferences
I liked msm extended and LineageOS, but just try some of them out, as you did sjrefy already https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-5/development

Agreed with that thanks for replying
If you search a ROM that has updates, a good battery life, a good stability and that's ready for daily use the answer is LineageOS
