hi guys
i recently buy a leeco le pro3 x720
i had xiomi mi 5s plus befor and the fast chargin was perfect wich it charge %70 in 35min
but the le pro with the same hardware is so bad and in 30min just charged 32%
whats the problem?
i use 2 different fast charge for oneplus3t and leeco
2cable charger
but dont see any changes in charging
my phone has problem or every one has this issu!
plz help
OnePlus have not compatibile chargers with QC 3.0... LeEco charger is not as good as custom like mine Blitzwolf cable+charger (50% in 30 min instead 37% stock). Mi have smaller battery.
The LeEco charger that come with the phone work well for me. Its also depends what rom you use, stock rom fast charge work good I think.
Fast charging has been most controversial topic for our Mi A1 device.
Is it possible to enable fast charging on custom ROM.?
I have read somewhere that our SoC supports Fast charging

It was a bug, MiA1 do not supports Quick Charge.
Yes I should think fast charging would be available on custom ROMs. We saw on phones like Redmi note 3 it was also enabled. Basically Xiaomi phones have all capabilities to fast charge, however the speculation is Xiaomi does not pay Qualcomm the license fees so they can't officially support it.
Hi, guys, I'm facing with low charging rate problem, everytime it says that it's charging over USB, even when I'm charging over AC. The charging rate is always under 500 mA. I've tried a lots of ROMs (Pixel Experience, AEX, RR, Nougat-based MIUI, stock MIUI 9.2.2.0) no difference, plz help.
Change u r charging adapter
It gives better result for u
Use "Anker PowerPort+ 1 Quick Charge 3.0" it's currently not available but i used this charger from last 6-7 months. Its fast!

I hv't use yet. But yes I hv seen it on YouTube that with Franko kernel mi A1 take 30 minutes less time to charge from 0 to 100% compare to official stock kernel.

The MiA1 wasn't designed for fast charge so the battery will probably fail sooner.

This is not true at all. There's no special "quick charge battery" installed in phones that support quick charge. The SD625 supports QC 3.0 (it's listed right on the official qualcomm website), Xiaomi just decided to exclude the functionality in their kernel. That being said, I would make sure the phone is placed in an open area to make sure heat is dissipated well while quick charging. I would also only use quick charging on an as need basis. Putting it on a quick charger at the end of the day, every single day, just to sit at 100% most of the night is kinda pointless. A slower charger would be a better choice for over night charging if you're really concerned about battery health. These same tips would also apply to phones with QC support OOB.

Wrong. Fast charging is not just a function of the SOC but requires a different battery chemistry and improved charging algorithms built into the battery and charger itself. Heat is not the only problem with fast charging as you are alluding. Hammering the battery with a 'forced' fast charge is a good recipe for killing the battery prematurely.
Is it possible to use mi 9t pro's battery (BP40) which supports fast charging up to 27W on mi 9t instead of its own battery (BP41) which supports quick charging up to 18W?
thanks
