i read it but my problem is the touche screen is very very sensitive with everything ( plastic or anything can touche the screen )

Search.... There's a thread here for over sensitive screens.
Try the touch screen calibration and touch screen repair apps I mentioned in the other thread as well.
See how that works for you... You have nothing to lose

'Flush' the recessed screen ?

Just put on my Martin Fields screen protector and noticed that it rose the height of the screen.
Since the screen is touch resistive, could I (or anyone) put on 2 (or more) screen protectors to make it flush?
Would it affect the usability of the screen? As in sliding like in TouchFlo or through contacts.
Please search the forum before posting the same things over and over again.

Oh sorry about that. I shall take a look at that thread.
Edit: Ok so that question was not exactly answered in that thread. Most of it was about the screen being recessed.

I gotta feeling you have something similar to the white screen problem. Just bought myself 2 D-pad PCB's while on holiday in China $40 each.

HTC HD mini display problem ?

Hi, I found those "black lines" on display.
i43.tinypic.com/33e7d3d.jpg
and
i40.tinypic.com/5a2u0n.jpg
Lines has different sizes on all sides. Is this normal ? Please post here your photo of your HTC HD mini display.
Sorry for my english
It is ok
If you mean the lines next to visible area, it is common. It is just the end of screen not hidden under device body.

HD2 pixels showing

Ok I just bought my HD2 from T-mobile like maybe an hour ago I was lucky that my friend works at the store and they got some in stock. Lucky me right? Well I just wanted to know if this is normal. I can see pixels and dots on the screen in sunlight and if the phone is tilted at a certain angle along with what looks like a crash hatch pattern of lines that also look like pixels. I called support to see if this was a problem they said no. The t-mobile model phone also did this. Is this normal and what is it attributed to? Thanks.
Yeah same here i dont believe its dead pixies as it follows a straight line and is organized. I think its the screen itself..Anyone can confirm this?
I read some where that it's for the capacitive screen to operate correctly and the iphone has this in certain spots of the phone. I guess it's normal unless someone else wants to let us know if we are freaking out or not?
it is normal and in all hd2 versions ,it is the capastive sensors

Are some people paranoid or is it just me. Obviously they are not dead pixels. Or else you would be able to tell when the screen was lit up. My wing had the dots. I believe it was for the touchscreen the crosshatch pattern is the capasative screen
100% it's the capacitive touch sensors...
paranoia abound in this thread. i think the dots looks cool. especially when they sparkle while the screen is off. never shows up with any indoor light so it doesn't bother me while inside.

Touch screen doesn't work on edges?

Using Touch Test, I have found that after a certain point the edges of the screen are no longer detect touch. The screenshot explains it. It also happens at the top but the ad was in the way. Should I return and get a replacement? I also have the GPS issue.
Hey.
I have the same problem.
When using some different multi touch testers, i have noticed that there is no touch in the range 10-15 pixels from either of the edges.

I think that mayby all galaxy s is having this issue but it seems to be a software 'error' as the first 10 pixels at either side is untouchable. But i would not call it normal as the pixels is needed at some points. I have contacted samsung in my country about it and is currently waiting for there reply
i have just recieved an email from them where they say i should contact my dealer. I dont know why i should do that as it is samsungs fault.
