Any possibility to view IMSI and ICCID numbers on my SIM-cards? I didn't find such menu neither in About-Status nor anywhere else

I've developed a program that uses an online phonebook to look up numbers. In this case I want to change the context menu on Call History items so the user can look up unknown numbers directly by launching my application from the context menu. I also want to change the context menu of Contacts for the same purpose.
Does anybody know how this can be done, or know about some good article that explains this?

Hi!
As you all may know it possible in all mobiles to dial somebody by just pressing the relevant serial number and # - for instance 1# shows the first number in the sim card. This is of course very cool because it is very easy to remember a few of them and quick dial them (better than the quick dial - trust me).
So I was wondering whether there is any way to do the same with the phone contacts.. Any ideas?

I have searched the phone and can't find how to make a call with out showing
the number I call from...all my previous phones had that option.
Anybody know how to do it?
either prefix the number with 141 (not sure if that works outside the UK) or "dial" #31# to remove all CLI and *31# to bring it back.
or go to "Settings - Phone - Services - CallerID" and change it to private...
Thanks alot!
Some of my Text Message conversations on my phone show up with Phone numbers and not their name. They all seem to be ones which have +44 (UKs country code). If I click on the thumbnail next to the number though, the correct contact pops up.
Any idea how to fix this?
If I helps, I'm on CM10.1
Seen this problem before. Is the proper area and country code with the + affixed to the number in the contact? This is the only time I've seen this problem is when it's not properly formatted. Don't put in parentheses, dashes, or dots either.
If the number in text messages is showing as +445555555555 then the contact number saved should be exactly the same +445555555555.

Hi.
Have just discovered the Galaxy Note 4 does not operate the same way as my old HTC Sensation.
I have some numbers stored in my contacts list with the #31# prefix to withhold my number when I call them. If I dial one by selecting that contact my number is successfully withheld. The call log does not display the #31# prefix though so if I then re-dial it, by selecting it from the call log, my number is not withheld. The Sensation stored the #31# prefix in the log so re-dialling from the log meant my number was withheld.
Does anyone know how I can get the log to store the #31# prefix to avoid me re-dialling and giving out my number? Some operators in the UK allow you to prefix the phone number with 141 instead of #31#... but not 3 it would seem.
Many thanks.
