Can anyone answer which GPS chip is equipped in Zenfone max pro m1?? Or can you please specify a app to check the details of the same?
These days cellphones don't have separate GPS chips. Location is handled by SoC only, in this case it will be sd636 present inside it.
I'm planning to buy a Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 6B.
But, one of my friends told me that Signal Strength & Call Quality of Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 is inferior when compared to Redmi Note 5 Pro.
Is there any truth in that or is it just a fake news?

I suggest you buy RN5 Pro.
If u buy ZenMaxPro .maybe you will be disappointed.
I bought ZenMaxpro over RN5 Pro last Monday bcu i was bored of using Mi Devices.
Within one day..I started Regretting my decision.:crying:

Guys I am having a weird issue with my wifi, my phone Zenphone maz pro m1 6gb variant shows 20-25mbps on speed test whereas redmi note 5 pro shows around 45mbps..... what could be the issue
