Possible to Unlock the Region Lock?

the note 3 is said to be region locked, even when unlocked. is there a way to unlock the rsgion unlock?

Request for those who unlocked redmi 3s

Hey guys,
Could you guys please provide me emmc_appsboot.mbn, because this is what we did for unofficially unlocking in redmi note 3. We need to replace it. I will try to unofficially unlocking redmi 3s. This would help many.

I'v hardbricked my device, placed return request, let's see how it goes. I will try with this once u get new device.
BTW Did you pull it from your unlocked device or is from stock firmware downloaded?

from the downloaded firmware (stock)
don't know where the file location in my device (I've unlocked it)

Tried with "fastboot oem unlock" but failed due to "Token verification failed" . How can we generate the required token ?

guess you must unlock with MiUnlock (pc app) from xiaomi (required internet connection)
and you only be able to request the unlock token for 1 device per month
but if you already got the token (from text message) you could unlocked it anytime I guess

I can see that emmc_appsboot.mbn and my mmcblk0p19-aboot.img are diffrent in hex form.

I think mmcblk0p19-aboot.img include someone's MI acc and hardware info after someone unlocked the phone.
Perhaps we need compile our own bootloader(lk) to do right thing.

A7108 Can't Switch Crom Service: Lock to Unlock

Hi all, i have something about Samsung A7 2016 (A7108) can't understand, please help me!
1. My phone is A7 2016 and code is A7108, while i know have some code: A710F/FD/K/L/M/S. I dont know what different between versions??
2. My A7108 device is unlock crom before (Android 5.1 based on stock rom), a few day ago, i flash stock rom (Android 6.0) and i realized Crom Service is Lock. I using Crom Service Unlock.apk and it show me like picture below attached: mean unlocked successful, but when boot into Odin mode, it show Lock, not Unlock
How can i unlock Crom with this problem? Thanks all:fingers-crossed:

Does relocking bootloader brings back device warranty?

Does anyone encounter this? Did you guys able to use your warranty again?

It's a simple thing . When user uses official way to unlock bootloader the OEM has its IMEI number , serial number and such so they blacklist your device from recieving any further updates/assistance ,if their policy says that they doesn't support unlocking bootloader. ( Asus doesn't support devices with unlocked bootloader)
When user uses unofficial way OEM doesn't have record of the bootloader unlocking State so user can Relock bootloader and claim warranty .
Simple as that. Hope it clears up the thing for you.
