hey there.
i am running lineageos 16 on my galaxy tab and missing the option to disable the "Voice input key"
on my smartphone this option is under "Android Keyboard (AOSP)" -> "Preferences" but on the tablet this point is missing.
anyone an idea where i can disable it? or is it impossible on the tablet?

is there a way for me to turn off the predictive text off when i am typing because it is really annoying
any advice or help will be great
If you go to "Settings" from the menu of the main screen of your phone, then select "Keyboard," and "Android Keyboard" within, it will allow you to toggle this.
well i cant find keyboard options under settings menu
Never Mind i was able to find the settings and thank for help
Hey guys,
I installed the new Omnirom 4.4.2 on my I9100 few hours back, it looks great. but the only issue i'm being annoyed by is the Keyboard Vibration, when i type any text it vibrates, 100 alphabets 100 vibrations..
check the Keyboard and Input setting, but there is nothing like shutting this vibration off,
please tell me if i'm missing something as this vibration is driving me nuts.
Normaly, you should have something like : -> Settings -> Language and Input
Once in there, click the settings icon next to your default keyboard and uncheck the "Vibrate on key press" option.
Try going to Settings/Sound and uncheck the box that says 'Vibrate on touch'.
^ Yeah, probably this.
Solved, it wasn't there in input setting,
i found it here
Messages -> open keyboard -> setting (long pressing the full top button (..) -> Uncheck the box Vibrate on Keypress
Done.!
But my battery timing is worst. i've to charge my I9100 twice a day!
Can i enable smart scroll on my version s5?
I read about using any cut to enable the shortcut appearing on my home screen, but after clicking on smart scroll and enabling it doesn't work, is there something else I need to do?
Hi all,
New member here, I did do a search before posting!
I have bought my son a Tab 4 7.0 and a touch sensitive pen so he can draw.
The problem is that the pen causes him to action a "long press" on the screen, which brings up the volume settings. Anyone experience the same - or know how to disable this in the stock image?
Thanks!
Trying to get "OK Google" to work without saying "OK Google". Found a thread that says Home Button Launcher app would work. However, when I go to the "Configure Apps" screen as described here, I don't have a "Default Apps" menu item:
http://dynamicgandroidapps.svn.cloudforge.com/main/sites/m6/marshmallow.html
From there I'm supposed to be able to go into the "Assist and voice input" option to set Home Button Launcher to do something.
Any ideas? Is this something that the Axon 7 has locked down for some reason?
(new to Android, so apologize for the pretty basic question...)
