Lag after Pie update - Huawei P Smart Questions & Answers

Hi guys, i had lag issues after min 1 of Pie OTA, the interface looks like it's going struttering in some times, and the most unconfortable is that only 1.2-1.3 Gb of free ram whe idle with all closed and bloat disabled from apps control panel. Anyone is suffering this issues?
Edit: switching apps is lagging too, as the 1st open of app to load in ram. More slowly than oreo.

Same here....
0.5 sec lag when using fingerprint to open phone...
Lag all the time.... Updated from stock to pie... Gonna try a full reset later today... Hope it works...

No lag here. You can try clearing cache from recovery.

The camera looks like worse too

A reset worked...

After my reset the lag is gone... But still uses 2gb ram... Only 1.1-900mb free ram....
Reset cache in recovery...??

Android System and OS battery drain

I know most of the time a restart will fix this issue but I have been dealing with this for 3 weeks. Continuous restarts and no change.
Is there any way I can fix this without doing a factory restore?
I have tried restarting after full charges,
I heard that while disconnecting the charger keeping the screen awake will help but nothing.
On latest stock 4.4.2

Most likely it is an app you have installed. I use Greenify from the app store to hibernate apps that have wakelock issues. I would start there. You have to be rooted for this to work.

Blue Screen and then reboot with cm 12.1 and ress remix.

I'm facing the same problem that this guys are having. http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-grand-2/help/help-blue-screen-error-samsung-grand-2-t2831445 except i only have it with cm 12.1 and ress remix.
I don't know if this has some relation with dual sim fixes, maybe.
I also noticed that it usually happens when the phone gets hot and i have to wait until s3 neo temperatures becomes normal, otherwise it'll show the blue screen and reboot again and again... Stock rom is ok, no errors, but cm 12.1 is much metter. It's a shame i can't use it propperly.
@Rox can u give me a hand? Idk what is logcat and how to do it, if its usefull i can do it.
Also i made some tests and most of times (90%) the blue screen happened after antutu test and always in this screen

There are plenty threads about logcat and how to use it. You dont know if it's related with the fixes: Reflash it without the fix and check how it goes. But sure it is the the fix that causes this (taking into account that you have reflashed the rom after the issue because sometimes maybe something doesn't go well when flashing/copying).

com.lenovo.runtime Lenovo spyware?

After the whole superfish spyware scandal with Lenovo I'm curious what you guys think about this runtime from lenovo which came preinstalled on my ZUK. It basically has full device access. I tried freezing it but it keeps on running in the background. The app name is Runin-Main (com.lenovo.runtime).
Anyone did a deeper analysis of this app on and what it does?
I froze it with Titanium Backup and it stuck.
Actually on a reboot even with the files disabled, I think the start because the force close option is there, but they stay off until you reboot again.
I have the same doubt about it, also because looks really aggressive on battery drain.

Here more details.
Maybe some kind of testing/benchmarking tools?
Looks suspicious.
Same problem here, this com.lenovo.runtime is taking a lot of battery, what is it exactly? Anyone else tried to froze it or delete?
This process is only on Cyanogen OS? not on CyanogenMod?
Not showing up in my battery stats. I came across this too. It's harmless you can get to it with a button combination too. It's an engineer test. Try freezing them.
Sometimes it appears, sometimes not, is it the same on CM12.1 or only on COS12.1?
It takes a lot of battery.
This only comes preinstalled with COS12.1

Dead ram

Hello, I have a problem with my android car unit that it's driving me crazy. I bought this unit 6 months ago (aliexpress . com/item/Two-Din-Android-7-1-1-7-Inch-Car-DVD-Player-For-Mercedes-Benz-W209-W203/32554899913.html(I'm not able to put links)) and it work well until a some weeks ago. It started to slow down and to restart randomly. I decided to investigate to see what could be happening and I saw that now I only have 1GB of ram instead of two. I don't know if any of you had this problem before or has any idea how to solve it.
I would like to try anything before sending it back to China
Regards
UPDATE
So, today going back from work I noticed that the radio started up faster than I used to this last week, and when I went to settings -> ram I see that I got my 2GB back! Sadly after a while the radio crashed, all the buttons stopped working, the screen was white but the music that continue as if nothing happened. After I force the reboot I see that I still have my 2GB. I think defenitivly it's a problem related to the RAM or MCU.
I taked a couple of pictures of the version that I have, here they are:

Issue with "low on space"

My S7 has been a great daily driver up until recently. It's running stock firmware, and is up to date with Oreo.
My issue is that I have been getting the "You're dangerously low on space" notification. My phone is indeed low on space, but most of the usage is in the System area and can't be accessed.

}
This issue has been ongoing. Before Christmas last year I got the notification for the first time and just decided that I needed to go ahead and reset to factory settings. Then it happened again about two months later, "low on space." Factory reset and set everything back up. About two more months, and the same thing happens again.
I've tried removing apps, cleaning cache, deleting media, etc; this all works temporarily, but then the system storage creeps up and fills the empty space. Resetting to factory settings seems to be the only way to rectify this issue, but only for about two months.
Anyone else experiencing something similar, or have an idea on how to stop this from happening?
Edit - Guess I can't insert a pic yet, here's a link to the screenshot. Screenshot
