hello guys, last night i charged my phone then go to bed, this morning i wake up and can't turn on my phone. After a while i figured out that even my phone is fully charged, it's battery still show 0% and in order to keep using it i will have to charged it all the time, i have tried changed the rom but still no luck. Have anyone ever eperienced this bug, how can i bring back my normal phone? please guys, any help would be really appreciated. thank you!

I've got my HD waiting for me at home as it has just been delivered.
I've just been reading the quick start guide from HTC's website and seen that they recommend that I charge the batt for 3 hours before starting the phone up.
Is this a good idea??
When I've ever got a new phone I've always used the partially charged batt until it dies then given it a full charge to help with batt memory.
Is this advisable??

I am having issues with my note...
When I woke up today, the phone was fully charged.
When I unplug it, it was instantly on 90% instead of 100% !!!
what can this be?
Anyone with same issue???
Is there an app so I can reset or whatever the battery??

My Galaxy S 1 does this sometimes.
I reckon it's cos the battery needs calibrating. Did you fully charge it before you first used it?
Next time you use it, let the thing run down to completely empty, to the point it wont turn on anymore, then allow it to fully charge.
As few times doing that should make it better.
If that doesn't work, you can go into recovery mode and wipe the battery stats (i think you have to do it with a full battery) then let it run down again, and see if that helps.

2 days ago i had a problem with a rom, so i had to take out the battery. When i placed the battery back in the problem was solved. Unfortuanetly something happend afterwards and now my battery is really weak its been 8 hours since i last charged the phone now it is %16 Ive tried changing roms. I even downloaded cm7 which was pretty good on battery drain, now its really weak hope you guys can help me.

try draining the battery till the phone shuts down
Turn off the phone, try to fully charge, to green LED lights up, then go to ClockworkMod recovery, advanced, and select wipe battery stats.

clean the contacts on the battery, blow out the compartment with canned air. sounds like a bad connection to the battery.
fyi the led turns green at 90% charge.
and i need more data than its weak.
screen shots of usage after 8hrs would rock.
If phone are turned off, orange change to green at 100% of battery.
If android are running, green LED turns on at 95% battery (for me, AndroidRev 2.3.5 sense 3.0)

You might have messed up your battery with the pull somehow, if not just let it charge for a long time and see where you are at from there.
Drain the battery in normal use until it shuts off, then go to bootloader and drain the battery until you can't access the bootloader, then do a full charge of the battery.

My phone usually lasted 4 to 6 days on one charge. Suddenly, overnight, the battery went from 100% to 24%!! Couldn't believe it so i charged the phone again fully and as i went to bed the following night, i turned off the phone. In the morning the phone would not power on! Battery was fully drained!!
Did a factory reset and the problem remains.
Any thoughts?

Hi Guys, i just got this phone 2 days back. i should really mention that its an wonderful device, great display, fluid usage, everything is quite fine except battery. The very first night i had left my phone for rest by switching off WiFi and Data connection with more than 35%, next morning i was in surprise, phone was not turning on at all, then after charging it for few min it booted back with 5% charging. the same thing happened last night as well, i had purposefully charger it to more than 40% and wholla in the morning it was just 5% remaining.
i'm on stock COS rom with no changes.
So you good people, i really ask u to help me,
Is it happening with other phones as well?
should i get a replacement as i still have return period?

May i know whats battery drop in idle mode, probably over night in your phone?
i have only installed only Whatsapp as of now and no other apps apart from the stock ones. when i check battery info everything seems to be okay with the apps apart from the constant battery decline in the graph.
I have reset my phone and trying to identify the cause of the battery drain.
please do share if you have any apps or tips to identify the cause.
