Hi,
any solution for pushing button, and start audio recording immediately ?
or, pushing camera button, and snap photo in backgroung (without lauching camera software) ?

Hi i was wondering if anyone knows how to fix or retrieve or where the video camera function records to? The problem is if i don't the hit the center button to stop it from recording it doesnt save the video,if i press the home key or the top power button to turn the screen off it doesnt save the recording.............or does it

To take a picture press vol. up or down possible?

I sometimes wanna take a picture of myself or something and you cant feel the capture button so it'll be cool to use volume up or down to capture a shot

i am an htc kaiser user. i've been browsing the hd2 forums for a few weeks so maybe my suggestion won't help.
on the htc kaiser, there are THREE button-based ways to capture a photo:
1. full press of the camera button
2. press the start menu button
3. press the d-pad center button
i know 1 and 3 don't exist on the hd2...but the hd2 does have a start menu button...see if pressing that captures a photo. if so, post back here and let us all know!

Yesterday I went into a pool and tried to take pictures from my S5, but it was very difficult to activate the shutter under the water.
Does anyone know if there is a MOD to use the power button as the camera shutter or have any other ideas of how to take photos under water?

In the settings of the camera you can set the volume keys to take a pic or rec video or zoom.
The default is take pic.
So just use the volume keys. works great

I own a Galaxy Music, and it would be great to use its music button as camera shutter too... is there any post o help you can give me???... thanks

It would be best if some dev can mod the stock s5 camera.apk so that when you press the power button it would take a picture instead of locking the device. No one locks their phone while they're in the camera app, because they're gonna take pics so the power button is the perfect button for such a mod Please someone make this mod!

photo shot with devicebuttons (Also in Screen-Off)

Hey guys,
is it possible to shot a photo with the volume button. The Huawei device of my buddy can shot photos with the volume button (if you press it twice). It also works in Screenoff mode.
Any Suggestions?
