HOW TO GET VOLTE IN VOLTE SUPPORTED ROMS THANKS TO Akash Das​ FOR THIS METHOD.
I HAVE TRIED THIS METHOD ON RR LATEST BUILD AND LINEAGE LATEST U CAN CHECK IF IT WORKS WITH OTHER ROMS.
FIRST DOWNLOAD ABHISHEKS UNOFFICIAL CM 14.1 AND CM 14 FIRMWARE FROM THIS LINK https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-3/development/rom-cyanogenmod-14-1-t3500569 AND FLASH THE ROM AND FIRMWARE IN UR REDMI NOTE 3 AND CHECK IF VOLTE WORKS ON THAT ROM BY CALLING FROM UR JIO NUMBER.
IF VOLTE WORKS IN THAT UNOFFICIAL CM 14.1 THEN JUST BOOT INTO RECOVERY AND CLEAR CACHE,DALVIK,DATA AND FLASH RR LATEST BUILD AND GAPPS AND BOOT UR DEVICE THEN VOLTE SHOULD WORK BCOZ ITS WORKING IN MY DEVICE.

Volte works on 2nd sim slot in abhisheks cm14.1 and resurrection remix ??
Can someone knowledgeable please help me understand why CM/LOS 14.1 based ROMs do not support VoLTE bands in US for us on T-MOBILE network?
Please don't confuse us with Indian customers on Jio, we know it works for you!
Strangely AOSP and CAF based Nougat ROMS fully implement VoLTE for US customers on T-Mobile.
What is CM/LOS missing??????

Hey guys I am from India and you all know that we are using jio sim with LTE and VOLTE but sadly our s4 has no volte but someone has made roms on that but they are working on only stock roms. My question is is there any chance of getting volte in resurrection remix or lineage os 14.1 PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP........

use this guy's method to make a zip that works on aosp based rom like pixel experience, aex, and others
Approach 2 (less likely to work )
Porting a rom that support airtel volte and make it work
now both methods are risky but since airtel is soon gonna be lte only provider this is essential

When airtel becomes lte only any rom with volte support will start working then
