I am using Le Pro 3 X727, i am facing issue like whenever i start playing Videos in Facebook it stops or pauses playing exactly after 2 seconds and then i need to resume the video again in order to watch. I tried Factory Reset, FB Application Re-Installation nothing worked out so far. Any help on this ??

I'm using Samsung S7 Edge and recently updated to Nougat 7.0 and facing the following problems.
Video problem:
I could not watch any video in my device.
In Facebook application and got this error “failed to play video an unknown error has occurred".
YouTube app. got this error "there was a problem while playing touch to retry".
Gallery Video will show unknow error as well
Audio problem:
I’m not able to play any music from spotify.
When i go to the settings to change the ringtone I am not hearing any sound for all them.
I did not put the phone in silent mode but no sound for any received calls, notifications or SMS.
Play game (no problem with sound some more), the error occur randomly sometimes able work but after few minutes, same error occur.
I tried everything i know to solve this issue, I done all of the following but it does not works:
Clear the cache memory.
Uninstall all the application from the device.
Factory reset.
Update software (Updated to latest).
The only thing work with me is to restart the device but it will not solve the problem permanently, it will happen again after few hours.
I would appreciate if any one helps me in this regard.
This is a SM-T533 not rooted and on stock ROM
It works perfectly, no wifi disconnect or crashing issues, but as soon as a video call is connected the tablet either reboots or shuts down completely. I've tried several different video calling apps (Skype, messenger etc) and the same thing happens with each of them. It dials, rings and then as soon as it's answered, shut down. Video streaming works fine, downloads work fine, it's just video calling that's the issue.
Can anyone suggest what the problem might be please?

I just received the Z17 Lite and I was really excited. Everything was going pretty well up to the moment I tried to make a video call on Skype. As soon as I start the video call the camera start, I can see my face 2 seconds, then stop without any possibility to turn it back ON... the camera icon is not active.
I tried the app messenger and here the video works but the sound and microphone become inactive as soon as I turn the camera ON. More or less the same occurs on Viber app...
I want to add that the camera works well alone, idem for the mentioned apps (without camera).
I tried to wipe all user data partition but didn't solve the problem.
I tried to install a previous firmware but again nothing change...
Do you have already experienced such a thing? Any idea?

I have a Huawei Watch 2 which worked fine with a Motorola Z Play. I've just upgraded to the Samsung Note9 and encountered a few issues, this is the last one I'm trying to solve.
If I initiate or receive a call on the watch audio and mic works for about 5-10 seconds when suddenly the audio is moved to phone. The bluetooth button on the dialer screen is still highlighted but it doesn't say Huawei Watch 2. If I press the bluetooth button, it briefly says Huawei Watch 2 but then changes back to 'Bluetooth' and is still highlighted but audio is just on the phone.
Has anyone ever experienced this or have any suggestions on how to solve it? Feels like Samsung is trying to get me to buy one of their watches.

I'm trying to help a friend with her problem on Samsung A9. whenever she is playing voice messages sent to her on whatsapp over bluetooth, they play fine as long as the screen is on. the minute the screen goes off, the voice recording starts to stutter. the minute you turn the screen on and unlock the phone, it plays fine again. the problem occurs only via bluetooth & only whatsapp voice recordings. playing songs on google play music are ok when screen is off, it's only whatsapp recordings over bluetooth when the screen is off. recently the phone was updated to pie & I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this problem.
I have tried:
unpairing and repairing bluetooth
Trying another bluetooth ear piece
Clear Bluetooth cache
Reset Wifi & bluetooth settings
Remove Whatsapp & bluetooth from battery optimization & allow background activity
Turn off wifi & bluetooth scanning
No power saving enabled
Clear partition cache
In developer options tried changing AVRCP version annd codecs
reinstalling whatsapp which solves the problem for a short while & it comes back
Even tried going to Safe mode to see if it happens there as well but all 3rd party apps like whatsapp are not working there so couldn't test.
a regular recording that was sent to her via whatsapp (a phone call recording attached as a file in whatsapp) was playing just fine on bluetooth when the screen was off, it's only an issue with the built in voice recordings in whatsapp. whatsapp is updated to the latest version and the phone was upgraded to pie. would appreciate any help.
