I'm on vacation and I took lg v20 and glaxy 7 with me. As soon as I landed in Aruba my galaxy switched to roaming and worked just fine but v20 didn't. I tried to force roaming but my v20 connect to roaming and stays connected 2 sec and disconnects - it is in that loop since yesterday ( very 2 sec goes roaming to full bars and then 0 bars ) I tried to ##78726# and PRL and profile update and nothing helped. I called techsupport but they are useless. Any ideas ? Is my roaming radio dead ?
Pretty self-explanatory from the title, unlocked 6T with Oxygen 9.0 .5, constantly losing data signal, sometimes reconnecting in 5 or 10 seconds, sometimes taking longer or one time even requiring a reboot. Anybody noticed this, known issue?
Edit: on T-Mobile with T-Mobile SIM, APN looks all good, it auto-loads when you put the Sim in.
I've only seen my OP6T (unlocked) lose TMo signal once. It was when I was using the Switch app to migrate apps/data from my Pixel 2 XL. I had to reboot in order to get it to reconnect. But that was on 9.0.4. No issues since that one time and no issues on 9.0.5.

Pretty much what this guy said. I'm also on T-Mobile. Used phone out and about today after update works fine.
Check your APNs and worse can just network reset.
Thanks to both of you, I did the network reset to default so I will see if that helps. Thanks again. The APN seems to Auto load when I pop in my T-Mobile SIM, so it's kind of greyed out but the settings look fine from what I remember of the T-Mobile APN.
Update: tried multiple Network resets, the issue persists. I believe my phone is going back, it's happening every 5 to 10 minutes when I'm using the phone.
I'm still getting lots of signal drops even though I've tried so many different things. The LTE Discovery app seems to be showing that I'm usually on t-mobile LTE band 4, but when the connection drops out and reconnects after 5 seconds or so, then I'm on band 2. So it's been suggested that it might be network congestion with all the new subscribers. But this doesn't seem to happen on my T-Mobile branded V30, or at least I haven't noticed it or it doesn't show in the status bar icon. So, I still don't know whether to keep the phone but chances are I guess I will.
Edit: this post failed because of a signal drop and I had to wait 15 seconds before I could get it to go through.
My g5plus is on Verizon and I also have a iPhone on Verizon for work. The iPhone always has a good internet connection with lte. The g5plus will have a connection for a minute or two then nothing for a minute or two. Most of the time when it has a connection it's 3g. If I restart the phone it will have lte for a minute or two then looses it. I have had this problem on multiple roms and kernels. Any help?

I'm in Italy (European Union) and i have redmi 3s NOT global edition.
From like 2 weeks when i turn on the phone the data connection crashes within 10 minutes.
From like 9 months i can't connect to 4G but only H+, H or E, and only with H+ I'm actually connected, because others don't work but only shows the symbol.
If i use the same SIM in another not global xiaomi phone (i tried the redmi 4a) the same thing happens.
If i use the same SIM but in another global phone, that has the european frequencies, i can use data connection normally.
Could it be that Telecom Italy blacklisted me?
Or my phones that does not have the frequencies that they want, idk
Let me start by saying that this phone works great. I had it unlocked and practically all is well. There is one issue i am having.
The phone will not automatically reconnect to LTE. My carrier does not support voLTE so it switches to 3g for calls. After a call, the phone stays on 3g and I have to manually toggle the 3G and LTE under network settings to get it to go back to LTE. My carrier uses Bands 12 and 17 and both of these bands have strong signal on the phone when connected to LTE.
I also installed the stock U1 firmware on the mobile to remove all the sprint bloat. Now this issue is the only peeve. I did factory reset it and I also reinstalled the firmware a second time to no avail. The phone did the carrier provisioning on initial start-up after sim was inserted. So I am at a loss.
I had an At&t s10+ which I sold and never had these issues and i did the very same to it as well. I was going to by the OnePlus 7 Pro but i loved the s10+ so i had to go back. It is not such a big deal because i don't make that many calls or receive so many but it is bit annoying. Any solutions?
