Is there any way I can customize OnePlus 5 lockscreen like change the clock or remove the clock from lockscreen or add new widgets?

If you want the animation it's impossible. In EMUI 5 you can try a substratum theme or a theme for EMUI, there are plenty of them.
Get EMUI editor from play store.

I wonder if there is a way to change (reduce) the lockscreen time font size on a Coolpad Cool1 smartphone (TWRP, rooted EUI 5.9.026 stock C106).
