I tried every custom ROM available in this forum but didn't figured out why samba File-sharing app is not working, I can't see any sharing IP address in the menu can't see any menu options too. Just blank space is it problem in 7.1 android OS or app problem.
If someone has working samba app plz share here.

Haven't used it, but I assume it is rather an app's bug.

Every time i try to download a file from one of the hosters mentioned above i only get a like 50-100kb file.. That REALLY sucks.. Any help? ):

Got the same problem... Opera Mini sometimes gets the download right, but it is unable to use pages that have a countdown, as it doesn't refresh them most of the times...
Then I found out about DownDroid on google, but it just does nothing for me and tells me to go get a Premium Account on Rapidshare, although I am able to manually perform a free download (not waiting time) ... this prog also only works on megaupload and rapidshare, so no solution either...
Anyone?

Also curious about this. Rapidshare is still the best host in terms of speed for me (Germany)

same problem, no solution so far
Install astro file manager and in preferences tick the option to enable browser downloads. That should fix it for you.
I'm able to download from rapidshare and other sites with the stock browser. JM5, rooted and lagfix. But try the Astro thing, it should work

Im trying to use Opera Mini because I have some network "restrictions". Opera Mini just jump it
Use opera mobile.
Install the app "Download all Files" from the market. It solved the same problem on my phone, it only have to be installed on your phone and nothing else.

Hi I have 2 android projects in eclipse a subnet calculator and a data tester The problem is that they are in two different projects! I want to add the data tester one into the subnet calculator! The question is how do I do this?
I have tried almost everything I can think of!!

That can be done only manually afaik. From where you want to move from one project to another you'll have manually create intents of fragment calls or whatever is needed. Copy-paste the needed classes to newly created packages etc, update your manifest, copy-paste layoutfiles etc etc. I know, quite some work but there is no automated process for this.

He means copy the src of project1 to src of project2
res/ of project1 to res of project2
Donot overwrite
For files with same name copy the contents manually

I'm not in the situation I can do it. But also I don't want to do it and you shouldn't want to do that either.
I got everything over no errors and when you are at the main menu I have two buttons one that says subnet calculator and one that says network tester when you click the network tester button it works when you click the subnet calculator button the app crashes what am I doing wrong please let me know

The best way to do this is to use maven projects instead standard android projects. Both projects can be children projects of superpom (maven parent project). Search for maven-android-plugins for more details.

the problem is most probably caused by the host files
the simplest solution is to install adaway and use any of the option there, as newer host files will be downloaded

Requirements: -
1. Rooted Phone
2. Root File Explorer (I personally use ES File Explorer)
3. Hex Editor (It's available on Play Store)
4.A brain..
!!!Important: Take backup of your IMEI both sim!!!!!!
Steps :-
1. First go to Settings>WLAN>Advanced and note down your MAC Address (it will be in a format like xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx)
2. Now open your root file manager..
Goto data/nvram/APCFG/APRDEB/
Copy file "WIFI" and "WIFI_CUSTOM" to your SD card.
3. Open "WIFI" file in Hex Editor.
4. Locate starting of your MAC in it.... (It must be in 2nd line)
5. DO NOT CHANGE FIRST THREE SETS OF MAC ADDRESS.... Now you can change last 3 sets...
6. Now save file...
7. Overwrite this file with original in data/nvram/APCFG/APRDEB/
8. Reboot your phone...
It's done!!!!! Check your Mac address in advanced WiFi menu......

I've tried this in JB....... So can say about it only...... You can try it on other version but first make backup in case anything goes wrong...

I cannot help you with this as mtk chipsets doesn't allow monitor mode.....
Google for "Kali Linux" and "Wifi Slax" for more info for cracking Wifi with your laptop.......

Hi guys!
I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 rooted. I'm not able to change its mac address by using Mac Changer from Google Play. I was able to change it using my latest phone, a Samsung Galaxy S4. The app says couldn't change mac address using hard change. If I try to use simple change it says changed but didn't change as well.
I've read many topics about it, there're few solutions to change it but neither of them have solved my problem.
Before you ask me, I need to change its mac address because I can't connect to my company's wifi using the stock one.
Can somebody help me?
Have you tried any other software ? Did you give the mac changer superuser permissions ? Ill help to troubleshoot.

Yeap, I gave permission to Mac Changer. But suddenly today it has worked like a charm.

is that the wifi mac changer in playstore by Osama Abukmail? neither simple or hard is not working for me. I was able to change it twice and then after some updates (not mac changer), it totally does not work anymore.
could you give me the details of your device? I also saw a good one but stilll, it does not work on my device.
i saw another app and i think this is much better if you manage to make it work on your device.

Im still working on my way to use Wifi Mac Changer by Osama Abukmail. Also now its totally FREE! Anyone can use all the features already.
But with this update when I do Hard change, its turning on and off my wifi twice. Still does'nt work for me. Anyone here having the same issue?
