I have started noticing a strange problem with my phone and am wondering if others have experienced the same or know how to fix this.
When I am on a call and wanting to adjust the call volume, pressing the volume up/down buttons only allow adjusting bluetooth volume and the call volume remains unchanged. This happens even when bluetooth is completely turned off.
Actual bluetooth volume when connected to car audio works just fine and as expected.
Android Version: 7.1.2
Security Patch level: May 5, 2017
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!

Is it possible to change microphone sensitivity via some Android API?
I want to do this to be able to set sensitivity of the microphone when recording. When you record now the microphone tries to compensate for the sound that are silent, that makes (sudden) loud noises go over what the phone can record.
Look at this image:

If you set the microphone to be less sensitive the pink bars would go up, making low sounds unrecordable but higher sounds won't loose it peaks.
I don't care if the phone has to be rooted to do this but I want to be able to set microphone sensitivity via an apk.
Hi, I recently upgraded my OxygenOS to version 10.3 and I've noticed that I can't turn off the ring volume. I can get it pretty low but I can't turn it off all the way. Ever since I've gotten my phone I've had it on vibrate and it's extremely strange to begin to hear sound to my notifications now aswell. I'd like to get rid of the ring volume but there seems to be no way to remove it, I even get sound from notifications while the slider is on silent. Any help would be gladly appreciated. I included an image to show how low I can get the ring volume to.

Hello all.
I just bough a 7" android Headunit made from FOXWAY, It has a PX6 RK3399 with 4gb of ram. I attached the settings page.
It has a custom and limited settings screen, and I can't find a way to disable the touch or button beep sound, which is driving me crazy
Any ideas how to disable touch and button sounds ? Can an app do that?
Thanks

I was looking for same for SWM 8806 - touch sound is really annoying! Under sound settings, accessed from the top bar (via the icon that looks like sliders), I found options beep, loud, and Sub-w. Selecting loud deselects beep which seems to have worked.
Hi,
This is a weird and annoying problem. I recently factory reset my android head unit and now when I turn it sometimes increases the volume. It happens a lot whilst trying to reverse park, the volume will be at 8, and then when I start turning to reverse the volume will climb to around 25 which can really distract me. I was wondering if there was a setting that needed to change to remove this feature.
I have attached a picture of the model information below.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update,
I figured out the settings password which was 8888 and could not find any settings to do with audio unless I'm missing something?
I am looking for the most up-to-date software for my multimedia device.
I have a question:
(when I press the volume up key, the volume both rises and moves to the next song)
Do you know how to solve this problem?
Can you help me find out which is the current software for this product?
I know the make and model of the device. I'm adding some pictures. Can you tell me the brand and model of this device by looking at the pictures?

Do you have a CANbus? If so, check the settings for that.
If you don't have a CANbus, you need to check the "steering wheel buttons" app that configures your steering wheel buttons.
