[Q] Help with my Android Head Unit (update and video-issue)

After searching al lot on this forum I can't seem to get some answers (maybe because there is a LOT of info!) I am trying to identify my Android Headunit so I can make some changes. First of all some info about the unit:
I bought the unit half a year ago from aliexpress for a Suzuki Swift (>2011).
- Android 4.4.2 OS, HD 1024*600 Pixels Capacitive Screen.
- Cortex A9 Quad Core 1.6GHz CPU.
- DDR3 1GB RAM, 16GB NAND Flash.
- Built-in WiFi

I need help with 2 issues:
- I would like to update is to a newer OS. Is this possible?
- Since I have a pair of rear headrest monitors in my car, there is a second thing I would like to change. ONLY when I use the DVD function the external monitors get an videosignal. Usualy this is no problem because this way my kids can watch a movie and I can use the navigation app. BUT when I want to show them media from, for instance, youtube of a USB stick, there is no videosignal sent to the monitors and the can only view it on my headunit . Is there a way to cure this? Maybe a way to emulate the DVD function?
- Is there a way to change the current orange illumination colour? (anyone know if there are a lot of led's and if it's do-able to solder red ones instead?)

video issue on Android head unit
HI i purchased my head unit in january of this year from a chinese manufacturer it works fine with one exception and that is i recently purchased a pair of head rest to add to my vehicle so that my kids can see movies ect. but my surprise only dvd shows on the monitors i checked the monitors against another source and they work fine so it took me back to the head unit i've reached the issue over the internet and found many others have the same issue.
Can anyone help solve the problem as it seems to be a programing/software issue i could be wrong. but i really need your help.

I need the mcu file for this same unit. Mine got wiped when I updated from 4.4.2 to 6.0.1. I found and am using an older version but its outdated and some hardware still has glitches. Can anyone help me?

As it's a cheapo chinese headunit, am i correct there are no mcu upgrades and i cannot flash a different rom ?
Pointing it out that this device has absolutely no buttons anywhere, which makes it difficult to do anything.

MCU Identification help for Kunfine branded head unit

I purchased a head unit last year from Kunfine only to be told by the reseller that the unit cannot be upgraded. I am hoping they are wrong as I chose the hardware due to the ability for it to handle future upgrades.
The head unit is for a 201i Toyota Prius and the Specs are as follows:

In recent searches, there does not appear to be a lot of information on this reseller other than it may be a Klyde unit, so any input or suggestions would be much appreciated. In addition, I should have checked here first before purchasing as I would have definitely chose a model that is supported by the manufacturer.
Edit - I also used Surfer63's HWgetinfo.apk to get the hardware information but am unable to post the link to the file

EINCAR head unit firmware

Hi all,
Just recently purchased this unit: EINCAR Android 10 single din (Model no on the box is HTT-AD9505) I would post a link but can't due to my post count!
The sole purpose of having the unit is for me to be able to view live data from my ECU via an app connected to the bluetooth module on the ECU. My issue is that I can only seem to connect to phones. The settings don't have the usual bluetooth settings options I am used to seeing in android settings, the only place you can access anything bluetooth related is in the units music or phone app. Is this likely to be by design with the firmware? Can I change the firmware to something different that can attach to any old bluetooth device?
The units about device page has the following info:

After trying to install and run Bluetooth scanners, I now realize that the unit is blocking anything that isn’t the pre-installed bloatware from accessing Bluetooth. I now feel I have a giant paper weight!

we have same situation with same car radio and same BT problem, i ask everywhere without a valid answer.
maybe the only difference from us are:
2gb/32gb (instead 1/32in your device)
mcu: stm8-2019 (instead your 2020 in your device)
and maybe something else

Tesla style android headunit root question

Hey everyone.
I just got this headunit from aliexpress here for my kia forte 2012. I want to know if root can be obtained. Searched the forums before with the info i got from the unit itself:
768x1024 vertical screen
A7 Quad core 1.12ghz AC8227L
Mali-450 MP
Android 11 (actually Android 10 api 29 as per cpu z, although i think is running pie as per developer settings)
2GB ram 32gb rom (cant tell if accurate)
Build Id: 011019
TDA 7388
So many threads with the same chip but don't know if they will work or not due to the vertical screen style. I have enabled developer options and also got an option OEM bootloader unlock checked. If somebody can point me to the right direction, if i need to flash twrp, etc., much appreciated.
I had rooted before an Android headunit but this one escapes my mind. See attached pics for more info.
