So that is for the 2017 and 2015 Shield Pro?
The 2015 and the 2017 "Pro" are both the same, the only diff is the 2017 comes with the controller as well as the remote.

Searching on here I am getting mixed messages. Is there a ROM for it? the Lineage-12.1 says it's for Amazon Fire HD 8 and HD 10. So does that mean it's for my Fire HD 8 6th ( (2016) Fire OS 5.3.6.4 build 626533320.)?

I'm in the same boat. Unfortunately for me, i rooted mine over a year ago, so none of this is fresh.
