Voicemail deleted folder gone? - Samsung Galaxy S8 Questions and Answers

My verizon S6 on Nougat had the deleted folder to keep your messages until your permanently delete them. My verizon s8 does not have this folder, when a vm is deleted, it's gone permanently.
Is this a verizon deal with the s8 or is this for all carriers? Does anyone on att/tmobile have a deleted folder?
Thanks

The verizon version doesnt have a spam folder or the ability to schedule messages and its crazy that nobody else has complained about it yet!
Could anyone please help troubleshoot why the stock messaging apps from other carriers dont work?
tried replacing the apk and odex and fixing permissions with the appropriate files from the international variant. Files were from this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2796268
Everything worked, including scheduling and spam senders but it blocked MMS from going through saying "invalid destination address"
anyone have any ideas?
tried again with the apk and odex from ATT variant, same result.

Private Content vs Secure Folder?

Hi there
On my S6 I've used 'Private Content' mode for certain files and images and could access it easily when I wanted to send it in a message app to somebody or myself.
Now on the S8 it seems the "Private Content" mode is gone and replaced by "Secure Folder" entirely?
And it seems in order to send certain files from Secure Folder I have to first log into the Secure Folder and send files from there. I can't access it from a different app (with unlocking the contents/ files by Pin or Biometrics)?
And final question: When I transferred my files from S6 to S8 the contents/ files from "Private Mode" in S6 haven't been transferred to the S8.
What's the easiest way to send it to the Secure Folder without daisy chaining it too much?
Thanks

Answer 1: secure folder is the new private content and alsoincludes newer security features like unlocking before being able to send the file.
Answer 2: Just zip all your stuff then unzip it in the secure folder?

folder lock pro on rooted S8?

hi friends.
rooting killed the "Samsung secure folder".
i was wondering if i can use an app called "folder lock pro"?
will i get any issues since its rooted?
all i want to do is to place a txt file in a folder (containing all my passwords.)
so what should i do?
did we lose the secure Files/Folders option for good?
thank you.

Recent Files in Galaxy S10+

Hello all. My question is how do I remove only a single file from the recent files list, (without deleting it from the entire phone or moving it to a new folder)?
I already know how to clear all the recent files, but that's not what I want. The recent files are just the way I want them except one extra I accidentally add, so I just want to remove one file from the recent files list, not delete it from the entire phone or clear the entire recent files cache.
I was able to do exactly what I am describing on my Galacy S6 my deleting the file in recent file, which just removed it from recent files, not from the entire phone.
As of right now I have an irritating work around. From recent files I MOVE the file to some other folder, and that removes it from the recent files list without full deletion from the phone. But this is annoying as all my files are now having to be moved to other folders and placed out of order just to get it off of recent files.
Any help wld be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
