Hey guys,
I don't know if this has been tried or thought of. My mouse just died, and am waiting for it to charge, and I thought, hmm, it would be great if I could use my HD2 touch screen as a giant trackpad for my PC. The idea would be that you connect your HD2 to the computer via bluetooth or usb, and then launch this trackpad app which would really just give you a screen like what I have attached and then you have a trackpad! I know the app will be pretty useless for most cases, but it could be a cool replacement for some people.
Just a thought...
program called gremote lets you do just that . ....

Awesome! Thanks for the info
No problem, Gremote , there is a older free version, works over wifi, and bluetooth, very nice fun to play with ...
It really does work nice ...
Be sure to google it and find the home page, there are some cabs floating around but they only have the phone part not the part that needs to run on the PC ...
wifii?? are u sure?,................i thought it only works by bluetooth

Nope I have the older free version and it uses wifi.. You have to install a client on the PC.
anyone know if theres anyway to do it with a xoom?
I have no idea but I thought I'd add a +1, on wanting to know the answer.
That would be really cool if one could do that. Surely it would just be a software thing?

So there is one midi controller app called FingerPlay MIDI. Your android device acts as the controller and connects to a computer over a wi-fi network which it sends the MIDI messages to. Its not a Xoom app, but the interface runs on the Xoom full screen.
Hope this helps and please 'thank' if it does.
Cheers!

"Wireless Mixer" from Borce Trajkovski as well. Haven't used it personally, but its got 4 stars in the market...
wireless mixer is a midi mixer, im looking for a midi controller , finger play sucks
TouchDAW has some nice features.. and MusicalPro does some keyboard over MIDI.
Hello,
Does anyone no of any way to do screensharing on a device that has honeycomb?
thanks
Jason
what exactly do you mean by screen sharing? Do you mean having two or more apps on the screen at once? If so, then no, that is not currently possible.
No, I mean I have someone that has problems with their device and I want to troubleshoot from a distance through some remote access program.
They exist for PC/MAC. Trying to find solution for Android
oh, I see. that would be nice.. haven't heard of anything like this yet though
You mean remote desktop connection? I know you can sideload TeamViewer which allows you to control Mac OSX or Windows 7 computer from your Android device, don't know if its tablet optimized yet or not.
See if WebKey works on honeycomb. I don't have a Tab yet, but use it all the time for demoing apps/giving presentations from my android.
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA App
I thought someone was deving a VNC for Android. The current beta has a lot of problems and doesn't work really well..but I think it'll get there eventually.
Until then there's no easy way to remote to a Android "desktop" yet.

I'm sure this has been been asked before but is it possible? I have the nvidia shield and you can set the physical joypad controls to emulate the touch screen in certain emulators/games that can't use controllers. Hope I worded this question right. Thanks.

Hello,
I came across the need to mirror what i see on one device to another one.
I'm using one phone as a screen to control my dji inspire and i need the pilot to see my screen as well on his phone so he can get his bearings
Ideally using Bluetooth or wireless
I Google'ed it but had no luck
