The last stock rom I used on my Z3C was the customized IL on witch lots of apps are removable (not disable, removable) like google's app, avg pro and some other.
But the X Compact customized IL switch to disable
Does somebody know a stock rom for the X Compact with the level of "removability" of the Z3C's customized IL ?
For now I try customized IL, DE and CH without success

New try with the CE1, it's a success but I miss it's a .311.
Still go with the .333 serie
The generic LAM/ customized GEL is the one for me (But if you find one with removable weather and/or what's new, i'll take it)

Had my 'old' Compact IV ROM updated by T_Mobile service and runs bit quickly than originally! However I wonder if I try any new themes (such as ones from here like HTC Black)
they run pretty slowly... sometimes with several sec delays. Is there some way around this?
Im using the TF3D tool everyone seems to use to install them...

Just flash a new ROM, branded roms usually suck. When I used vodaphone branded rom it was slow as well, but when I flashed a new one, everything worked much better
again...
The prob is not the ROM. As I said the ROM i have now is good. Its not slow. The questions is about installing new themes - they run slowly for some reason.

I tried couple new themes from here.. but they all run slowly n my Compact IV. The t-mobile original I have runs pretty quckly. Please someone explain why? Any way to improve the speed of themes Im installing?
i found that installing full tf3d themes using the program you are on about takes up massive amounts of memory therefore making the device run slower. try manilla customizer and download the bits you like, takes up less memory that way

Ar eyou sure they were rom specific features.
They sound more like downloads from the market. ie better keyboard skinned to white etc
not sure but it is possible
I am pretty sure.
I think it was a ported version of 32a (HTC)
The background color of the icons was Orange when clicked
The phone icon and the contacts icon were Orange,multitouch, and so on.

i find it to be slower than the default vodafone rom, but i like the dialer, the camera and the fact that i can use it with exchange without a third party app.
EDIT: if i could figure out how to get the features i like from my current rom into the default vodafone rom, i'd probably do that.
Extract update.zip to a folder,then delete and add what you require.when your done rezip jthe files and use testsign.jar to resign the update.zip.there are walkthroughs in android development section
I had the European Version of the HTC Touch Pro 2 and now it's not working. I have T-Mobile in the US and found a good black friday deal so now I can have 3G. The phone is a bit different than the EU version (looks worse physically) the theme is similar but I like my original HTC Black Theme from the EU version. Does anyone have that theme? I also have an HTC Touch Pro EU version, but not sure if that theme will work with the Touch Pro 2. (Plus it's still a bit different anyway)
Basically if I can get the original HTC Touch Pro 2 .tsk that would be great.
Also where do these files go?

hani1, note that the cab i have is the stock EU slider (winmo6.1 icons) made for sense 2.1 (unbranded official 6.5upgrade). I'm on my tp2 right now but will upload it asap

Thanks for the theme. Unfortunately nothing changed. It's weird. I thought it should work being that everything looks the same except that the US version has a bit more gray. (Not as black as the EU version. I got the them to show up and select it and nothing changes. When I select the other defaults the slider and everything changes. Also I'm not sure if the clock changes with the theme. The clock on the T-Mobile version is inverted. White numbers on black background. I like the black numbers on white background. Oh well. Thanks anyway.

-MIUI (i had one rom with miui, and i don't like this overprotection, using of my sony SW2 was almost impossible with this rom)
What does not matter for me?
-Android version, no matter if it will be 5.x ,6.x or 7.x
-gapps inside (i can install them by my self)

hey! I'm using this room http://www.needrom.com/download/nexus-mm/ and for me everything (that you ask for) is working.... it has "Polski" language. But I use only one sim card so I can't test dual SIM for you.
There is even better rom from the same developer called "play edition v2". I suppose it also has Polish in it. Didn't try it so I can't confirm.
I am little bit confused why you need Polish language so much. You speak English well enough.
Maybe someone else can help you more. Good luck!

Try this Rom http://www.needrom.com/download/vibe_1631_dev/ (VIBE 1631 Maxx audio+N7 player) It has everything you've asked...Polski language,camera, Led (only for calls and sms) etc. It also has excellent battery backup. I've removed Gapps and am using this for quite sometime now after trying various Roms.
