Had burn-in on my GNex at the top and bottom (status bar and nav bar) as well as in the middle of the screen due to using BeyondPod heavily in the car. Do I need to worry about burn-in on the Nexus 4 as well?

For all my Joying units, I'd like to keep the status bar visible at all times, no matter what, cause there I have my back button and it also displays time.
Some kind of app for that?
