Before you ask for any help you must describe your model and current rom that you are using.
With no enough information nobody will able to help you.

How do i make a complete backup of firmware , efs folder etc .....
Phone is rooted but i want to back everything up before messing with custom roms.

If by firmware you mean your ROM, then you'll have to download it again if you want to re-flash it in the future.
To backup the efs folder, try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1308546

Hi, can someone send me a guide on how to backup efs on the 9005 version. I have seen some guides but from reading the comments I understand that these tools backup the wrong partition.
So If someone can send me a good one It will be great. Thanks.

If you're rooted and willing to trip KNOX, install TWRP and you can back it up from recovery.

All attempts failed!!
Restore your EFS!
Flash Stock rom via Odin
If all failed i think, need to return to service center, you will get your phone working again.
Hi I have restored my efs I really need a qcn backup please
anyone please help
Has anyone been able to solve this yet?
I have same 000000000 issue.
I hear you say reinstall fresh stock rom, via odin, however, please explain how that will solve the problem?
I'm worried I can make it worse?
As a side note, I have another n900t that is fine. If I would get some steps, I would make the qcn backup, delete my information from the proper place, and forward, IF this is a viable solution. ...?
Be well.

You cannot use EFS folder from another one... You have a couple of solutions
1. Sent it to a Samsung Service center, or other repair shop who has special service equipment
2. Buy a box, Asansam/Z3X/SPT etc, remember to also buy a UART cable...
Please note:
If you buy a box, then you will not be able to just rebuild your originally IMEI, you will have to use Super IMEI. and you will not be able to flash a modem to the handset afterwards, as the solution will patch your modem. So every time you want to flash a new firmware, then you will have to modify the firmware package
Best regards
