I just wanna try to change a 3G mobile handset to 4G supported mobile I've been searched to do that conversion in that I get info like using this app CPU Z APP we can do it.
Can I believe it to modify to change on processor and here app link for it.

So I have a T-mobile Tab and already have voice on my device but I cant connect to the internet through anything other than wifi even though I have and Android feature on my account.

what baseband version you running?
The european firmware has removed the 3g bands. there was a file somewhere on this fourm to get it back

why dont you use the tmobile modem switcher roto made
If you search on the forum for "Modem switcher" by rotohammer it should give the fix you'll need. But you would need to figure out the APN setting for 3g access. I guess one can always call their data carrier, that being Tmobile in my case for that information. Anyone know the standard setting for that?

The modem switcher works but you still get the redirect to tmobile on the browser no matter what site you go to. Unless of course you put in a sim with a webconnect data plan. At that point no call capability even with rotos modem flasher. My hd2 sim allows calls with the edge modem but browser redirects to the same site. A funtion of the IMEI block?

Yes your IMEI is blocking the SIM, there is a work around that but XDA removed tge thread as it violated one of their rules. I am able to use my Vibrant SIM and i get voice+edge and go online with no re-direct and use Roto's Modem Switcher to use 3G.

I get the same redirect and i havent seen anything that will take me passed it but im not switching back to the webconnect sim card cause thats a rip off as far as im concerned so for no im going with the roto hammer setup to see what that leads to andto get on something everyone else seems to be using but i may end up just selling the Tab and buying one of the new devices that i saw at CES
I am in Brooklyn Manhattan and Queens. I have simple mobile and I get less than edge type of data. my phone has h and indicates hsdpa not hspa+ but my data is .12-.20 mbps. I have called simple on this a few times to no avail. does anyone have any related issues or fixes or recommendations to offer. please help.
Did you try calling T-Mobile since it's their towers?

Tmobile says they can't help me cause its not their service. and that they are not technically affilated and have no access to their service information but if I'd like to switch they'd be more. Than happy to help me get started.
I don't think Simple has much control over the towers.

I have tried a few different servers but always stays the same.
I'm not in N.Y. but in Virginia I was getting poor internet and then I decided to use the Nexus one settings for the internet and mms and it working great now...don't know if this will help but just thought I would offer it up.

Hello everyone. I got a prob I need a hand with. Well it seems my current kernal doesn't have "netfilter" and i would hate to switch it i love it..is there such a thing out there as a netfilter update zip file to add to my existing kernal?Or maybe you know of a different work around.. See Im trying to connect my wifi tether and 3g hotspots apps to my PSP and it recognizes the connection barely and drops with full bars, any help I would be so grateful
Please correct me if I'm wrong and not having netfilter is the prob..

I need some information.
I'm thinking of buying the Mini Defy XT321, it has the android system and also allows to install two chips. I need to know if I can set the system every time it uses the data network (3G) over to a particular chip and when to make calls using normal use another chip. I wonder if this administration can be done automatically by the system or smartphne (hardware). Someone tell me?

bought it, it rocks.
Limitation: limited storage for apps.
Btw: it switches the sims automatically. When dialing you havê tão buttons to pick what sim to use.
