I'm sorry this isn't the right forum but it's Android TV on the MiBox and I'm hoping someone can help. I have this weird little bubble appear on the right hand side. Anyone know what it is? I can't press it or select it or get rid of it without rebooting.
Es file explorer

You can hide it from ES Filebrowser settings

Hi,
is there a known Android app which can simulate the hardware keys (Phone, Home, Menu, End, Search, Back)?
That would be fantastic!
Thanks!
I know full keyboard does the volume keys. Don't know about the rest.
Me too!
I too would love to know if there was an application like this anywhere. With the recent news of the Pandigital Novel being hacked up, the lack of hardware buttons is the only thing stopping this from being a really decent, cheap Android tablet, and an app like this could solve it, especially if it was accessible from the notification bar.
Hi iam from Germany and looking for this also. However i saw a lot of Videos of Chinapads which hat the buttons in the bar wheres the time etc. I asked on German pages but nobody replied. Mayby someones here with a tablet who could extract the. Apk?

Can you give a link to these videos?
While this is not exactly what I was speaking of, this would be a great thing to have instead, something like the Archos android tablet has, as shown in this link: http://stuff.tv/csfiles/blogs/cool/Archos5-5.jpg
Yep Ive got a pandigital too. the arcohs type bar would be great. is the arcohos android?
something like this
A idee would be to take the program tasker see : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=717303. When you have gestures you can combine it with hardwarebuttons how you like. But the developer say there is no way to get the hardware buttons.
i want to have a gesture for the back button.
Hey guys, hoping somebody could point me in the right direction here. Im running a rooted DX w/ launcher pro. I have a few root only apps running (autostarts, autokiller, among a few others) the other day i noticed, when i had opened a pic from the gallery, i tried to swipe to the left to see others. the next pic comes half way and gets stuck in the middle. so i see half of the pic i opened and half of the next. it does this every time. I figured i would just wait for 2.2 to come out, assuming it would fix the problem. but today while viewing a pic i hit menu/share and it says "Share video via" and under that it, where the list of apps would be it says, " No applications can perform this action" does everybody's say share video? or is that a out of the ordinary? and why wouldnt it see any apps to send from? could if just reinstall the camera.apk? if so, does anybody happen to have that file they could send me? thanks
i think it started while i was trying to install swiftkey x through the android market, but i don't know for sure as nothing i try to install off of market fully installs. i figure i have two separate problems that might be affecting each other.
i have root explorer installed as well as es explorer installed. i don't have any extra keyboards installed.
how do i get unstuck from landscape?
thank you for any feedback.
it also seems that certain screens will only run in portrait mode.
does shed any light on my problem?
i forgot to mention i have nook colour tools installed, but cannot seem to find any settings in there that help the problem.
bump
does anybody have any ideas on what could have me stuck or what might get me unstuck?
thank you for any feedback.
i have been fixed.
it was in the simplest of places. the gear in the top right has a lock setting. i must have locked myself without paying attention.
please lock this thread or whatever. i am sorry for the noob spam.
I installed cleanrom and glazedjellybean v1.1.2...im a newbie..so if this is a dumb question please forgive me..i love the speed of the
roms but i'd like to have the bar at the bottom have the book icon, music icon and film icon...is there a way to add them so when i want to look at movies it goes directly to movie..or books ect....the rom's eliminate these but to me having them back would be alot of help...can they be added...if so how???
You just open the app drawer, long press on the app that you want to add to your home screen, then place it wherever you want.
im looking for the icons that come loaded on unrooted nexus factory set..

If I interpreted you correctly, they are apps that don't come with most custom roms
You can download them from the play store depending where you are, otherwise just find the .apk and install it that way
Google is your friend.

I have clumsy fingers (essential tremor-inherited). Maybe I was a dummy getting a tablet.
But tapping on icons (like the Chrome icon) is frustrating. My finger is right on top of it. But I have to do it 3 or 4 times often.
My nexus 10 could be funky, but probably it is me. You don't double tap do you?
Sometimes I think my tap is too long or too short.
It might be you.
Check to see if the Nexus 10 is registering your "taps" as "drags" to move the homescreen.

When I unsuccessfully tap, a box comes down from the top (a speech box?).

A box? Does it say anything and can you get a screenshot of it?
Using the Dolphin Browser, you are supposed to swipe your finger left and right to get to bookmarks. Sometimes it works with hard swipes.
Sometimes not.
It is fully charged with the plastic off the front. I wonder if there is something wrong with the screen sensitivity.
Google Play determined it was a problem with the screen. Back it goes.

How does Google Play diagnose problems with your tablet? I've never heard of anything like this...?
I'm interested in that too.
There is also an option in the developers setting to see where the touch points are registering that you can check.

He was surely referring to Google's customer service (admittedly an awkward way to describe them).
