Keyboard Themes? - LG V20 Questions & Answers

Does anyone know if there are any keyboard themes yet for the v20. I see some in the play store but they appear to only be for earlier versions of the LG phones.

Nvm. I got tired of the auto correction faux pas and installed the Google keyboard. Lets of themes there & much better overall operation.

try LG smartworld

Try SwiftKey.

LG keyboard themes as a standalone theme are not supported by our devices anymore

Super SwiftKey has many themes and they're all free. Google the apk.

[Q] Sorting the app drawer

Dear all,
How can I sort the apps in App drawer? I searched the forums for the ones related to Jelly bean, found this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1881712 , but Nexus 4 has a different UI than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1; on the top right in app drawer I see the app store icon. The user manual provided by LG is also of not much help. I hope I don't need a specific launcher to do just this. I have used Sony Xperia series before and it gives several sorting option of apps in app drawer, specially: "sorting by recently installed" is a very useful one. I hope I could do the same here.
Best regards.

You have to use a third party launcher for this feature. Stock android launcher is pretty basic.
You can probably even grab the stock Samsung Launcher or stock Sony launcher pretty easy. All OEM's do is remove the android launcher and replace it with their own anyways.

Thanks elliot, I am intending to try Nova or Go launcher, I hope one of them has this feature! I couldn't find it so far for Nova launcher though.

Theme swiftkey

I was wondering does anyone know how or if it is possible to theme SwiftKey. I love SwiftKey it is the best, but it doesn't match anything since my whole phone is themed black and red. Would really love to get a red and black theme made up for SwiftKey. Thank you!

I can not find swiftkey theme on the Google play store can you provide a link?

Anyway to change the Emoji's?

Can't stand the stock Android Emoji's
I use Textra so on texts it's fine, but Samsung would allow Textra to override the look while in the app using the keyboard but the V20 doesn't
Might be tied to the keyboard. Have you tried changing keyboards?
Agree, coming from Samsung these blobs are atrocious on the LG. Changing them is near the top of my to do list after rooting.

It was fine on Swiftkey when on Samsung. I think it maybe something in the Nougat architecture that prevents Textra from adjusting it.
I thought with textra you had to select emoji from their own menu, I hated Samsung emoji. But couldn't get stock Android emoji to appear with the keyboard.

Google Now Launcher - Persistent Black Navbar and App scaling issue

Even after using app scaling to adjust the Google Now Launcher to 18:9 the navbar still stays black. Looks very clunky.
Also app scaling doesn't really work for me on any apps I tested.
Any help is appreciated!
If you want transparent navbar then you need Nova or suchlike launcher which has transparent navbar option. App scaling not working yet on most apps until developers adapt apps in line with the 18:9, which will happen.

On my G3, Google Now Launcher has a transparent NavBar, I guess the G6 doesn't have this option for that specific launcher?
I can wait till more developers integrate 18:9, thanks for the info.
No problem
