I've Samsung Galaxy Note-3 SM-N900 version. It's currently having firmware with CSC: N900OZSDNF3 (Hong Kong), can i flash firmware with CSC: N900OJVENG2 (Pakistan)?

Sometime we witness firmware updates that solely come out to push latest Android version.here you will find latest firmware update that rolled out for Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime SM-G532G. Add the downloaded firmware file to AP/DPA
Make sure "Re-Partition" is NOT ticked
Click the "Start" button to begin the installation process

I have a 950FD made in Vietnam, CSC region ARO (Argentina Unbranded).
I would like to know if the latest firmware from PHN region contains a multi-CSC file. If I update via Odin using HOME_CSC, will I keep my current CSC region ARO?
I have secure startup enabled, so there shouldn't be any problems.
