Can changing display temp be done in settings in the official Nougat release? http://www.androidpolice.com/2016/0...calibration-now-available-in-system-ui-tuner/

So ever since I moved to lollipop the colour on my screen is a bit off. It looks more yellowish/khaki. This is present even in the recovery of the phone. Funny thing is that if I take a screenshot it won't show those colours but the accurate colour
I'm currently using CM 12.1 which has an option to calibrate the RGB of the display and then the colours look normal again, but only in the ROM (issue remains in recovery). On stock 5.0.1 I do not have that option, and the display modes don't solve the problem
I was hoping you guys could help me with a fix. A way that I can calibrate the RGB in stock ROM. Please help.
You will probably need root.
Why not use a custom stock rom and use a kernel with RGB color options

Hi. Can you please recommend one. Tried Voltage, doesn't work
I'm currently on the latest Nougat build (NRD90U), rooted and with Ninja Kernel.
The problem is: apparently the CPU temperature is unavailable. My question is: Does it mean a broken sensor?
I'm also using CTT MOD.
Check attached screenshot.
Thanks!
Problem solved.
Went back to MM. I'll wait for Google to release a stable Nougat build.
I'm running the OxygenOS 3.5.5 update (no issues) after leaving CM Nougat nightlies for the VoLTE support. However just as before I got CM Nougat, the default dpi is garbage. Problem is, changing it with ADB/Terminal ruins snapchat captions, exactly like in this post
So is there any way to change the system's DPI, while keeping default DPI on chosen applications? Or any other way of avoiding this issue?

If you're rooted and you install Xposed with the "App settings" module, you can change your dpi globally via terminal (or by editing build.prop) and then use the module change back the DPI for individual apps.
Hi!
Can AOD from Nougat be ported to MM?
I personally dont likenougat but AOD its much much better than MM.
Tnx
I was under the understanding that the AOD can be updated through Galaxy Apps to the same version that's found on 7.0?
My friend has the S7 running MM and he has the same version of AOD as I do running 7.0?
mmm I got 1.4.02, no upgrades proposed on galaxy store and still lacks of the kind of notifications that the nougat version has
If someone ported aod from N it would recommend root access to replace the app. I bet it's already done with one of the custom rom.
