I think my phone has one of those viruses that roots your phone because when i uninstalled the app it said the name of the .apk has been successfully uninstalled. Am I being paranoid, or is this normal for non playstore apps? I really don't want to be stuck on the android N preview forever

Okay I ran into a weird problem which I can't fix on my own, so I hope you guys can help me there.
I own a Stock non rooted SM-N910F 5.1.1!
Now to the problem, the last Facebook update bugged the app somehow for me. (Forceclose on startup) So I deleted the last updates through the app manager and tried to reinstall the updates through the market. Got a strange 505 error. Now the strange stuff happened. The Facebook app wasn't to be seen anywere else in the app drawer, as if the botched reinstall deleted the system app.
The market says I don't have FB installed and when I try I get the same 505 error.
I downloaded the facebook apk from a mirror and installed it via ADB so I can get a more detailed error message. I got the: INSTALL_FAILED_CONFLICTING_PROVIDER as far as I know this means some leftovers of the system app are still installed which prevents the new install?
So what to do? I really can't root because of work policies.
Is there a way to flash the original firmware with Odin without loosing my data or tripping knox? (Like with the Nexus Toolkit for Nexus devices?)
Hello.
I've just rooted the phone and I wanted to uninstall upps I don't use. It's something I always did with my previous phone but now I'm having troubles at doing it with this one.
I have a galaxy a3 2016, SM-A310F, android 7.
Firstly I had tried with system app remover as I always did, but even though the app seemed to work good, bloatwares were neither frozen nor removed. So I tried with titanium backup and it worked pretty good.
First time: I had removed some safe apk (microsoft, vodafone, some samsung, some google apps), but at boot the phone was soft bricked. Strange.
Second time: I removed only microsoft apps, vodafone apps and s health. Soft bricked. Stranger.
Third time: I removed ONLY microsoft apps and s health, gain bricked.
Not being able to remove unwanted apps is just something I hate. I deactived some of them via standard app manager, but samsung and vodafone apps cannot me deactivated...
There is definetely something wrong. Even when I was younger I removed apps and never got a brick. Why now? I don't think microsoft apps are vital to the phone. May it be a titanium backup problem?
Thanks
EDIT: Oh, all of this happened when I upgrade from android 6 to 7. Before I had removed many apps with no problem
We all had that problem when N came. I tried everything without succes , on pure stock.
Then I tried to make rom with assayyed kitcken to make it deodexed. Thought maybe that was the problem...Same problem still.
Then I found a way to update smalis in assayyed to make it compatible with N, deodexed, deknoxed, edited both build.prop and kernel ramdisk to remove knox related stuff.
All good. Seems like pure stock can't be tampered with withput softbrick.
Thank you for the answer. Now I know it wasn't my fault
Just bought this phone from someone off swappa. I put all my apps on it, but while doing the setup I found that the Camera app and the Essential Resources app show updates available on Google Play. However, when I try to install them, I get 505 errors for both. 150 other apps installed just fine, but I can't install these 2 essential apps. Weird thing is, I checked the most recent version of the camera app available on the play store (0.1.067) and compared it to the one on my phone and it's the same version! Yet it says update on the play store. I looked for 'essential resources" under apps on my phone and I can't even find it at all.
Is it possible that the guy who sold me the phone modified the software somehow and that's what is causing the problems I am having? I want to update the essential resources app so that more apps can use the full screen.
Lastly, I tried to enter recovery by holding the power+volume down button when I start the phone. The menu comes up and I select recovery and all I get is a "no command" error along with the android with an exclamation point. Is there another key sequence I need to press at that point to get into recovery? I'm trying to clear the cache.

Just clear cache and data on play store application and see if that resolve your problem.

Did that. No dice. Also removed my Google account and readded it. Still doesn't work. I installed the whitelist editor and used the adb commands to enable it. I hope whatever the previous owned did doesn't prevent me from receiving OTA updates.

The best suggestion with this phone is to do a factory reset, and set up the phone as new. Don't install anything from a back up or another device.
I believe I found the reason. I bought this phone off Swappa. It appears it's running a test build of the software somehow. NMI75B test-keys. I believe this is the reason the apps don't update. I have no idea why the phone updated to this build OTA, but I've seen a few other threads here and on Reddit where others have this build also.

Has nothing to do with your build

I suspect it has to do with the playstore

Respectfully, I think you're wrong. I downloaded and have updated 150+ non-system apps to this phone without issue. Only 3 system apps won't download and update without giving me 505 errors. The 3 apps are Camera, Essential Services, and Essential Resources. I believe that the test build of the firmware I am using is the culprit. All 3 are system apps. In addition, I've already tried all 505 error remedies to try and fix the problem and they don't work for these 3 apps.
The install button is greyed out, not matter what APK file I try to install (Fire HD 8 6th generation - OS 5.6.0.0)
I deleted every program I ever installed, shut down all running services as much as possible, turned on the "Allow Apps from Unknown Sources", restarted a few times, but no matter what, I am blocked from install.
I did have KingRoot installed, but that never actually worked, so maybe they screwed something up.
Anyway, I deleted all progs, including Kingroot. Just the bare bones basic Fire HD, nothing else, and no matter what, no APK installs.
Any ideas out there?
I would LOVE to get the root on this thing, been trying a long time. I truly hate those stupid ads when I turn on the thing - now I cant even install a program.
What a PIECE OF ___T!~

Did that. Same issue. Did not have this problem before.
EDIT:
No matter what type of APK I try to install, it is blocked. 'Install' is greyed out - see https://ibb.co/b1YCHm

My brand new Fire HD 10 does that also, when it gets stuck with no way to push the "Install" button all you have to do is hit the power button once to put it to sleep. Then if the power button again wake it up, then slide to unlock and the "install" button will now work.
Hope this helps you...
So guys before you all go shouting to wipe the phone I'm well aware that will likely fix this? however its now more to the point I can't figure out what the hell is causing it to happen and just want to find it....
So I boot the phone and resurrection remix boots and this issue does not happen... After the os boots it then loads the widgets and modules, after it does this is when the malware begins...
Each time I unlock the phone chrome opens even if it was closed and goes to some porn ad
I have tried backtracking a good amount removed every module in xposed and magisk including Uninstalling xposed and the Xposed apk... Wiped the data for chrome... Ran device maintance and removed all unnecessary files as well as Uninstalled a few other random apps that I put on here hoping they would do something yet didnt?... Has anyone else had any similar malware before from apps that request root access or possibly even just anything in general, but I'm assuming from some sort of root app?
Again guys I know a wipe will likely fix this but I want to know what can cause a phone to do this after each unlock and further my knowledge of Android! ?
*UPDATE*
Just attempted to boot into core only mode and the issue still occurs
Resolved! If anyone ever runs into a similar problem its a blank app installed that hides at the bottom of your full apps list
