ok, so, I tried to root my oneplus two, it failed and got into the loop where it says the apps are optimizing, then I disabled "allow bootloader"(so I can't flash anything) and it just stays either on the oneplus logo or in fastboot mode( it is detected by the pc in fastboot not adb), any solutions?
Search for oneplus two Qualcomm restore option.

I wanted to root my Oneplus 2. I used the Oneplus 2 Toolkit.
The OnePlus 2 will no longer boot. It briefly shows the OnePlus logo, then it reboots and displays the OnePlus logo and reboots and so on....
I can not start in recovery mode, because then comes the same result.
It is only possible to start the OnePlus 2 in fastboot mode, but I can not install TWRP recovery because the device locked.

Search into the developer section, you will find the stock recovery, system, data and all the other stock partitions in fastboot format with the appropriate complete script for a factory restore. You should be able to flash them and recover your phone.
I am stuck on asus logo since my Max Pro M2 got switched off unexpectedly and i even tried unlocking bootloader and flashing twrp and resetting but it doesnt load further than asus logo!!!!!
what you do? did you unlock your phone?
if not, then go to Asus store and use your warranty
Same model, same problem.
Can't boot in OS or recovery with Pow+VolDown
Can enter fastboot with Pow+VolUp, but flashing anything is not possible in Lock State
tried "fastboot boot recovery.img" it gives 'unknow command'
guess I should have oem unlocked in developer tools or checked if recovery was installed before the problem came, now it seems I can't do anything, completely stuck
Unlocked bootloader
Flashed TWRP
BOTH the things went smooth and recovery was installed as well. Restarted the phone and got stuck on MI logo.
Tried to go into recovery mode. Nothing happens.
Tried fastboot mode - Device does shows up going in fastboot mode but windows doesn't show up any device connected( drivers are okay as tried with poco and it shows up)
What can i do?
Also, where can i find fastboot ROM?
Try reinstalling the drivers or different data cable
Hi, so a friend give me this phone with this problem and I'm trying to solve it. The fastboot menu works, bootloader is locked, and the options there are start, factory mode, meta mode and recovery mode. The only one that works is recovery mode, the other 3 get stuck in the m logo and at the bottom says powered by android (no animation or anything). Recovery mode says no command, but by pressing power+vol. up you can acces it. However, when i do that, it only shows at the bottom "supported api: 3". No options or menu, so i don't know what to do. It has usb debugging off and oem locked, and when connected to the pc, fastboot devices and adb devices commands don't recognised the phone.
Any suggestions?

Please HELP
I am writing here the whole story.
I unlocked the bootloader of my Asus zenfone max m1 (3/32GB) using the unlock tool which I downloaded from Asus's website.
Then, I went to fastboot mode and flashed TWRP recovery and then tried booting into it through the cmd screen using fastboot boot twrp.img command and it worked.
Then I followed a really good tutorial and flashed the pie firmware, Pixel Experience and magisk and ZIPs in order.
And it showed no error, everything was fine and then I clicked on the reboot system button, it rebooted the system but the phone was stuck at the google logo with a loading bar and didn't go beyond that even when left for 30 mins and I tried rebooting the phone multiple times and that did not help. the phone was stuck at the google logo every time.
Then I turned off the phone and tried going to TWRP to flash the pixel rom again but the phone only went into fastboot mode, it never booted into recovery even though I tried multiple times(I was trying to boot into the recovery through the volume and power buttons, not through fastboot mode).
I flashed the phone's recovery multiple times and also the boot image (I even tried flashing the stock recovery) but the problem is that everything goes fine in the terminal, it shows that it flashed the img file successfully and it is finished but the commands like fastboot reboot recovery don't work at all, they all just reboot the phone normally and the phone just shows the ASUS logo for few secs and then turns off.
Note: I used fastboot erase commands to remove the pixel experience rom and now I'm only left with a phone which boots only into fastboot with no rom and I don't know about the recovery because it shows that it flashed but it never opens.
Hi
I am having a similar problem in that I can oly get into recovery mode with adb reboot recovery. I researched and tried all possibilities with the phone key but I can only go into bootloader mode.
After flashing recovery successfully (?) I can only boot the phone normally and that seems to reinstall the default recovery manager.
While researching I found that there are some discrepancies with the ID out there. While my phone is a Zenfone Max (M1) with the ID X00PD some places (TWRP) confirm that but others refer to Z555KL.
Did you get any further?
