Kodi IPTV Streaming Issues - Nexus Player Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello Everyone
Nexus Player
Running: Pure Nexus with Kodi fix
Kodi: Jarvis 16 version
I wanted to know if there is a way to improve the streaming quality for IPTV apps. I am currently using Live Mix in Kodi and everything works for a little bit then the image gets all choppy and starts skipping.
Everything else works fine. I can stream movies and show perfectly .
Any suggestions?

The best way to watch TV on the X1

I just tried Diamond TV...while many streams dont even work, the ones that do work are really choppy.
I used Windows Media Player for playback and am connected to WIFI which is on a 16MBit DSL Lan.
So yeah, what do you use for that and how are experiences ?
I use DiamondTV for the Polish/Czech channels.
Stream them in CorePlayer and they run great.
Not really tried any other channels or playing in MediaPlayer
Which channels are giving you problems?
hm yeah seems to be a channel problem, polish run good here too
I tried the GIGA channel from germany, maybe the bitrate is way to high there
Slingplayer does everything I need. Plays whatever I want from my DVR anywhere. Quality is not bad.

Streaming meadia player not buffering, anyone know why??

For some reason my streaming media player wont start buffering video on iplayer, on Wifi network(working fine before and still works via data connection) it will buffer and play radio too. does any know why this might be?? i have recently added the BSBtweaks wifi n mode, but it worked a couple of times after that..
any help would be much appreciated

Audio issues when streaming from PC to Nexus

So I have been spending several hours trying to figure out how to stream videos from my Windows 7 PC to my nexus 7
Currently I stream videos to my PS3 using WMP and everything works perfect no issues at all.
I have been trying to find the perfect app to do this.
I first tried http://www.aviatheapp.com/index.html
While it connects to my PC and plays the video perfectly fine no audio is ever played, these are mpg files. I tried about 5 differnt ones and all the same.
So then I tried BubbleUPnP, along with an external player like BS Player or Dice and it works I can get audio and it plays video, but for some odd reason the audio is super low out of the speakers even at max, you can barely hear it. If I plug in headphones audio seems to be fine.
I also tried Plex Media Center/Server and I get the same thing.
Now if I play a video that is stored locally on my sdcard in any player the video is perfect out of the speakers.
I am really confused and wondering what do you guys do and do you have audio problems?

Audio sync issues when casting youtube to nexus player

Hey all,
Since the marshmallow update i have had a few issues when casting YouTube to the NP. At first it just wouldn't show up at all. Now the audio is out of sync when I do. Yet, if I use the YouTube app it is fine.
Anyone else having this issue?
Cheers
Not sure if it is related, but I have audio sync issues when casting WatchESPN. At each commercial, the video plays normally but the audio plays very slowly. After the first commercial audio ends, the speed returns to normal but by then the audio is way behind the video. The only solution is to stop casting and re-cast. Happens every commercial.

Bluetooth lag with Samsung Buds

Just curious if anyone else experiences this. I use a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds to watch movies and tv shows. I use MX Player Pro. There is a consistent 14-second lag between the audio and video (Note: I do have the "AV sync" option checked). I have also used Plex and VLC with same issue--about a 14-second delay.
However, there is no lag using Netflix or YouTube, or just watching videos in general on the internet.
My S5e is not rooted--complete stock. Any one else experience anything like this? Any one have any suggestions as to the cause?
