Hey i have some issues with my grand prime some apps i install the show some random lines in random colors like in the screen shot i send can anyone tell me if my phone is damaged or is there some fix to this?

Yes i tried but it stays the same on system is okay and other apps like facebook and messenger and kik too most of games run super well like mk X but some games like sonic dash and Stack are showing the screen like this
omg I just saw your thread! I created a thread asking same question..so lets hope we will get a solution..and I can confirm that factory resetting won't solve this issue

It installs automatically with Samsung Apps. You can delete it, but after launching Samsung Apps it will show again.

Yes it installs when you update samsung application. just remove it, it doesn't harm.

you're gonna hate me for asking, but you restarted your phone already right?
also couple other things to try: force stop the dialer, and clear it's cache. Assuming you have the AT&T variant, because your sig has the AT&T SIII, try installing the OTA that was recently released. last thing i'd suggest is ODIN from the dump in the forums and that should for sure fix it.

I'm using Ketan L12 and I froze some apps. Suddenly, my battery settings was gone. Anyone here knows which application or apk is responsible for the battery settings?

It's most likely better you list all the apps you have frozen. That way it will be easier for people to help you.
