I flashed Philz recovery though Odin but when boot up it says Recovery is not seandroid and bootloops… no recovery!
I tried everything… .oem and usb debugging on. Odin 3.10 and so on , nothing seems to help.
Now i need your help….. HELP!

If it shows '' Recovery is not se.....'' I think you have succesfully flashed the cusyom recovery but you couldnt get into.. Seems nothing can prevent you to get into recovery. Try this (If you still couldnt find a solution)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=64619819&postcount=156 and if you get in, flash custom kernel before the first boot. Good luck.

Hi,
Thnks for your response. Tried every tick and untick and still no luck. Could it be the bootloader thats preventing me to get in the recovery? I've got PA2 bootloader and OL4 modem

Ah yes, possible. Because I saw Pierdepeer has posted that PA2 BL causes bootloop. You better quickly flash a BL, maybe OL2, and see what happens. Good luck.

Disable Auto Reboot in Odin and flash the CWM, then boot manually into the recovery. Its a known security feature which flashes the stock recovery after reboot.

did you enable usb debugging ? and maybe try to uncheck the auto reboot at odin and after you flash and pass , just removed your battery a while then plug it again then turn it on...
i use the same file for root but it's work and for some user it's cause bootloop....
You don't need USB debugging enabled for CF AR

OP - Try this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s5/help/root-sm-g900h-android-5-0-t3291620
I enable usb debugging. I also tried to flash with auto reboot unchecked, but whenever i boot it to recovery mode i always end up stuck in samsung logo with powered by android under it.
USB Debugging is only for when you are booted into Android, not for download mode
I'll try the link that you sent me. Thanks for the reply ?

Before I started rooting, I tried flashing cwm custom recovery but no luck. I can't boot to stock recovery. I waited for 30sec but it just stay in samsung logo with powered by android under it. Please help..
Why you trying to boot into stock recovery?
Flash a stock ROM again, then follow the instructions on the link I posted
Start here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=64771853&postcount=3
I disable USB debugging then tried flashing TWRP recovery via Odin. After flashing, I remove the battery then boot into the recovery and waited for 30 seconds but the phone is still stuck with the samsung logo. I will try to clean flash stock recovery and try flashing again the custom recovery.

Can`t root my N9005

Hi All,
I have read through quite a lot of your threads on how to root a Note 3 and am getting nowhere. I once had it rooted and had Phronesis V4.1 and was working fine till one day it wasn't recognizing my sim card, so i tried putting Phronesis V5 on and ever since have had trouble. First it didn't work so i went onto Sammobile and down loaded Baseband Version N9005XXUGBOJ1. And have got my note 3 working again but i cant root it for some reason, when i try to go into recovery it says not rooted. It puts me into some sort of recovery when i press volume up/power/and the bottom button but when i try to it comes up with an error message in Red : Failed to verify wholefile signature, signature verified failed. This of course happened when i did have root. Any help or pointing in the right direction would be appreciated .

Hi Audit13, Thanks for your reply. I cant put TWRP or any other recovery`s on, i put TWRP onto Odin and flashed it but it keeps reverting to the stock android recovery i have got on my device. At this precise moment i cant even get into stock recovery, i press the volume up/ power and home button whilst the Note 3 is off. It shows recovering into boot in blue and then set warranty bit: Recovery, but it just resets to starting up my phone. Also if i flash supersu will it work if i dont have a rooted device? tia

Hi tried that wiped phone and reinstalled original stock, rooted it then put TWRP on and now i`m on a contsant loop of Recovery booting: Recovery is not a seandroid Enforcing. Set warranty bit : recovery. any help please.
Try another recovery... That'll help you out
When flashing TWRP in Odin, do not check anything except f.reset time. Flash TWRP and, when you see the word "reset" in the status window, remove the USB cable, remove battery, wait 5 seconds, replace battery, use the button combination to boot into recovery.
Thanks to everyone involved got it sorted, i am assuming i was using the wrong/or corrupt TWRP. Did what you kind people said and am back on Pronesis V5.

I thought rooting was mandatory in order to flash custom recovery?.... Harry you look like a professional in this, please give me a step-by-step solution, since logically it seems the problem is in the recovery? Maybe I deleted it since I can't boot to it.... I have to root then flash recovery then flash rom, right?

Recovery comes after rooting IIRC (I rooted mine ~1 year ago so it's a bit fuzzy) so if your rooting was successful then a custom recovery flash should be possible (TWRP recommended)

Stock ROM via Odin would be the safest route IMO, make sure you use the correct stock ROM for your device (there are numerous variations)

Just Download twrp twrp-2.8.7.0-trltexx.img from https://dl.twrp.me/trltecan/ put your phone in download mode, connect to odin, select the downloaded twrp in CP and flash it. no more bootloops.
