Hi!
Just wondering if anyone knows if this Bluetooth Mouse/KB will work on the NP.
http://www.amazon.com/Jelly-Comb-Wi...p/B012IAT4WY/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top?ie=UTF8
It looks like it doesn't come with a dedicate bluetooth receiver, does that mean I have to buy a separate BT dongle and connect it via OTG or does the NP have a built-in bluetooth receiver?
or should I just go with something like this

THanks!

Why do you need a BT dongle? Nexus Player has BT connectivity, if the remote can be put into pair mode then you should be able to use it without any dongle. You will need a dongle only for wireless/RF based remotes.

I dunno the max. But at least 3 (BT activesync with my PC dongle + BT GPS + BT headset).
Cool cool thanks for the quick reply!
Aas for the car kit .... looks like no-one is making them with A2DP profile yet oh well
guess i'll have to look at the head units with aux input slots and run it that way!
thanks all
P.S.
i finally got my freakn bluetooth to work with moto headset and it works brilliantly! no pauses in mid-song but it makes it sound like the track has jumped a second  otherwise fantastic AAA++++
does anyone know if streaming to more then 1 BT headset at the same time is possible ? IF so, how will they be paired to the Phone and do they have to be the same brand Model ?
Thanks in advance for your inputs
Sorry, only one bluetooth device can be active at a time. There's another consequence to this: you can't be listening to your bluetooth headset and expect your bluetooth GPS to connect either.
so no such thing as having you and your wife listening to the same music while jogging in the park... very sad
Yet thanks for your input

Not so; I'm doing both at this very moment, listening to MP3s over A2DP and getting GPS data. The Wizard seems to be keeping up pretty well in spite of its slow processor; I've only had a couple of short dropouts on the audio.
hmmm... couldn't get mine to work. Your GPS is bluetooth? I also can't get my car handsfree to work when I'm listening to mp3s using my HP A2DP headphones.
If this is the case then the Microsoft Bluetooth stack sucks. Bluetooth is ABLE to connect up to 7 devices. In other words, when in A2DP mode, you SHOULD be able to share the sound with up to 7 clients. And if you only have one client to send sound to, then you SHOULD be able to connect to 6 different Bluetooth devices that do different things (e.g. GPS, keyboard, printer etc)
If the MS stack can't do that 7-to-7 kind of sharing, then it's a crap stack.

Good point... But how would i know if it can or can't do such thing. how do you pair 2 headphones to one phone... how would that work. You pair one you loose the other ? not sure...
hi,
i thought about these bt-adapters that are used to connect a notebook or pda to connect to a stereo.
isn't it possible to use the magician as a bt-audio adapter with that you can play your desktop sound on the stereo (eventually via a 2,5 to 2,5 klink adapter) via bt?
i looked already a little bit around but didn't find a possibility to connect the notebook to the pda and stream the sound to the pda.
any ideas?
greetings,
lindsche
I asked this question like a year ago and also didn't receive any answers.
Should be possible though with the a2dp supporting bt stack,
nevertheless I couldn't get it to work.
I dont know about BT, but it works with a phono cable, ive caned an 800watt sound system with my magician
jupp i used it already like this with mortplayer, but the question is if there is a way to use the pda as a bt-soundcard like a headset.
You could connect it using Bluesoleil -> PAN and
then just open a playlist on the "server".
afaik you can't use it as bluetooth headset because it just doesn't
have the proper bt profile.
Hello XDA!
First, sorry for my bad English, i'm from the Netherlands.
My soundcard is broken (PC). I have a bluetooth headset, but not a bluetooth stick for my PC or something else.
(As you can see, i want to connect my PC to my bluetooth headset)
I was wondering if i could use my phone as a bluetooth stick for my pc, so i can connect with my bluetooth headset.
If this is not possible, i have another question.
Can i use my phone as a speaker for my PC? Via the USB cable or something?.
I hope that 1 of you guys can help me.

Is there a way to have my bluetooth controller remembered so I don't have to pair it every time I use it? I thought once you paired something once it was remembered and would auto connect whenever you wanted to use it in the future?
