Hi
I saw quite a few people mention that they use the Logitech BT Headset. I just bought one and I cant seem to get it to work with the XDA II.
When I go to the "Bonding" tab and click on "New.." it doesnt discover the BT Headset. Can someone with the Logitech headset help me?
Thanks
Got it working
A few soft resets worked well.
You have to keep the (answer/end call ) button pressed while you are trying to discover it, the LED will flash blue / red while in this mode.
Hello All,
My in car Bluetooth kit does not allow me to change the volume - The instructions tell me to control the volume using the phone, however the Dopod 838 Pro does not change the volume when using Bluetooth. If I try to change the volume on the phone while the call is using my car kit or my headset, it does not work.
Now I am stuck with a REALLY LOUD car kit, and no way of turning it down. Is there a tweak or a hack here for this?
Cheers
-J
Hello!
Is it possible to use the headset button to skip to the next song in Mediaplayer? And maybe hold the button 2sec to pause/play?
I had this function om my old Nokia 6230 and was very disapointed when my TyTn didnt do this out of the box
fast-forwarding
I have a Motorola HT820 paired with my AT&T 8525 and I use Windows Media Player. This combination supports volume up-down and fast-forwarding and rewinding from the headset's buttons out-of-the-box; nothing to configure. Are you sure that you have the Wireless Stereo profile active and not Hands Free?

Sorry, i wasnt really clear on what type of headset i mean; I meant the non-wireless stereo headset that comes with the tytn. It only has one button, but WMP wont recognise it in the button-settings-page
Is it really impossible to do this? Shouldnt there be some way to interface the headset button?? could it be connected through the usb pins in the jack maybe?
I have a multi-button headset, and I've been looking through headset controllers on the play store and they all seem to be for one button headsets. Does anyone know of one that allows you to control the actions for multiple buttons?
