Farewell to Epic 4G

Long story short, it's been an unbelievably enjoyable ride with the Epic 4G, but it's coming to an end for me, since today I sold my Epic 4G...
From the days of learning to obey forum rules and respect developers under the help of @kennyglass123 , to testing out various ROMs with @xboxfanj and many others, to taking simple mods into my own hands, to seeing the Epic breathe a new life with @bbelos and @Unjustified Dev in latest versions of Android, yes, I've gone quite a long way through the Android world and it's the help I received and tried to offer that truly made me grow!
Before departure, I'd like to thank again those who have helped me / I have helped, it's you guys that endured my occasional arrogance and language gap as a Chinese!
Also, thank Samsung for HAVING PRODUCED such a nice phone that accompanied me for almost 2 years! <-- which means they don't do good phones anymore
I'll still occasionally check up on here and offer a hand, but until then... Au revoir!

Nah, I have to use Nexus 4 daily so CM+Franco gets to stay. AK and Bricked are a bit too customizable.
Where's the Sense port? Heard of it back in the Galaxy Nexus forum but didn't check it out. I can test it out when needed

Who's your developer of choice

I've been ouuta the custom rom/root game for awhile. Who are the developers to keep an eye out for for of the Tmo N4?

I had one for years across several phones . He was ran off or lost interest depending on who you ask. Found another equally as good but he all of a sudden quit and closed up shop. So, I am looking forward to the responses to this thread as well.

I have used Jedi Roms for my Note II. I know he had a Note 3. I hope he gets a Note IV.

I wonder if someone will just make a internation version of the ROM and T-mobile can use it too. Thats the dilemma I will be in.

Hi guys I'm getting excited about this upcoming release not to hijack this thread, but as a tmobile specific device I'm assuming all these roms are wifi calling compatible?

Sooo.... I thought knox and the efuse thing was preventing rom flashing on these new devices? Is there a reliable work around? I need to be able to both root and unroot with no trace so I can continue to JUMP without paying a deductible...

Good to see chainfire already posted autoroot for a few of the unlocked variants in Asia over in the Note 4 forum.

yep, as long as we get a stock boot .img to Chainfire ASAP, there will be root for this phone within a day or 2 of release. IMO..

iB4STiD...Amazing Roms for the S4 and now he's supposed to be coming to the note 4. Can't wait.

Hoping Jamison makes his way here with infamous style roms he did on the s4. Stable, customizable, retains touchwiz features and removed bloat.

Wanam's Xposed module, but I doubt he'll get a Note 4.

I remember Jedi ROM for T-mobile 3.
I am hoping for a clean ROM for T-mobile. Anyone will make one for the Note 4?
Has anyone with T-mobile use the International cook ROM and it will work for T-mobile also? (Thats what happened to me as I now have a T-mobile HTC One M7 and I end up getting the ROM from a International HTC One M7 forum.

I am trying my best to get to all of those who requested to test. There is a lot of you and I can only take on so many at a time because I am 1 person but I am looking for some help, someone who is capable of modding and or themeing, this would help me out tremendously!

Who would like to see cleanrom VK810 Verizon Gpad!

Hello everyone it has come to my attention there is no roms for the Verizon Gpad Tablet no love and I think its a sweet tablet so basically I am coming here cause I just got one myself to test the waters. Who would like to see cleanrom on the VK810 tablet a nice clean rom that is fast and stable and will give this tablet what it needs please post below and lets see how much support we get!

Hi! There actually are versions of CM11 although some things like I believe data and GPS aren't working. He's still working on it, but yes we're all interested in more ROMs being available. Choice is good.

V500 has more like the UI of G3 and VK810 has the UI like the G Flex JB.

I hate to break it you, but I don't think there will ever be any good ROM for this tablet unfortunately. I've been waiting for a year and there has been no progress in that time. For what ever reason there is no interest which I figure there would of been since Verizon was giving tons of these away for free. The current CM11 Rom is ok but has a LONG way to go. We have root so that's a lot right there, but don't hold your breath for any roms.

Yes I know picked one up pretty cheap myself paid 100 bucks on amazon warehouse used it to downgrade one of my lines must say well worth the price.

I cant wait iv had this vk810 since last jan 2014.

I have a extra one I'd be willing to donate to the right dev for work on this tab

Yo, guys.
I just bought today s7 edge black onyx, and i cant believe how awesome this phone is. Also, i got Level On Pro Wireless headphones, which are great too!
I have used iPhone for 4 years, and i can say i'm pretty new about this whole stuff. Can you commend me some tips, tricks, some android forums, and all related to s7 edge.

99.999999% of everything you'll need, want to know, and that you need but don't know you need yet is posted here. My advice is to spend a while (a week maybe) getting to know your phone. Don't try any tweaks or similar yet. And read read read read! Everything is here. It may be buried deep in the fora, but seek and you will find.
