Asphalt 8 Performance: SGS5 vs P7000

I uploaded a YouTube video I did comparing Asphalt 8 performance on the Samsung Galaxy S5 and Elephone P7000. You be the judge.
Galaxy S5 (Snapdragon version) on Android 4.4.2 Stock TouchWiz.
P7000 on Android 5.0, Stock ROM 20150629.

Can I be install CM 12.1(UNOFFICIAL) on my galaxy note 3 SMN900 lollipop 5.0 or I need 5.1 which isn't out yet for my device??

When will Lineage 19 be develop for Snapdragon Variant Galaxy Note 4?

I really want to try Android 12 on my Galaxy Note 4, would test any rom based on Android 12 on my Galaxy Note 4 if anyone develops them for the Snapdragon variant Note 4.
I'm anticipating the Android 12 batch of roms to arrive. There's already unofficial ones for the Galaxy Note 2 and 3.
